The unit works perfectly. The filters are bit. Easy to install. Not leaks. The only complaint is I needed this unit right away because we couldn’t turn water on with this hooked up. I ordered from Amazon for quick delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. The facility is only 45 minutes from where we live. I call c/s. And they assured me that it would be delivered Sunday. But I could see from tracking that it didn’t leave the facility all day. So I called in and she said it would definitely Be delivered by 10 pm. This filter does what I want - removes the chlorine and chloramines from the tap water. It was easy to install - it took me about 10 minutes, and gives good filtered water for coffee and cooking. My tap water is low in total dissolved solids and hardness, so getting rid of the chemical smell and taste is important. The nice thing is that it doesn’t affect my water pressure at the tap. I can't drink any Florida water or eat anything that has been washed in or exposed to Florida water! I researched under-sink filters when I needed to replace the one I had for several years. I reasoned tat there must be a bacteria here that I cannot tolerate. I found this one and it clearly stated that it cleared bacteria. There are 4 models in this line, this one is the only one that said it cleared bacteria. It works perfectly!!! And was less than $100 delivered to door Amazon!!! ... show more
