I bought this electric blanket because the product stated it was safe, don't feel the wires, covers 100%. Here is my 2 cents about this product. Yes the exterior material feels soft.- Interior material feels like a light duty tarp (Crinkle sounds during use) and I do feel the wires especially near the button. This might bother some people. It did bother me a bit but I am getting use to it. I do question the wire and washability over time. The heating coverage isn't 100% there is about 4inchs around the perimeter that doesn't seem to be heated at all. It does heat up fairly fast and doesn't turn off automatically after several hours like other electric blankets. I hope this helps anyone thinking about purchasing this blanket.

Nearly all of the blanket is evenly heated. Approximately one inch along the edge is not and does not affect the blankets comfort or effectiveness. The blanket falls a little short of full coverage for a Full Size Mattress. Is slightly stiff, so not particularly cozy but not off-putting. Power cord is beside the on off and warmth adjustment control (button), making it inconvenient and awkward, in the least. Majorly poor placement. Bit then again it’s a new product and likely the pilot offering. Tempted to give it a 4 Star rating but these things should be known before someone spends a lot of money on a warming blanket. AND they probably could have Been remedied with a little patience and ingenuity.

I recently purchased the Apalos FlexHT Heated Blanket for outdoor use, and I'm overall quite satisfied with its performance! This electric blanket heats up incredibly fast; within just one minute, I was cozy and warm, thanks to the infrared heating technology. It's perfect for camping trips and outdoor gatherings. The 24V design ensures safety, which is a major plus for me. I also love that it’s washable and dryable, making it easy to maintain after a trip. Plus, the energy-saving feature is a nice way to reduce consumption while enjoying the warmth. However, I do have a couple of critiques. First, the blanket is a bit pricey for its size, especially since I was expecting something larger for the cost. Additionally, the power cord’s placement could be improved; it would be more convenient if it were on the opposite side of the power button, as it sometimes gets in the way. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Apalos FlexHT Heated Blanket is a fantastic addition to my outdoor gear, providing warmth and comfort when I need it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an effective heated blanket!

I will never say no to a heated blanket. This one is built differently, and supposed to be more safe. And, it's made of a somewhat short minky-ish type fabric. Kind of veluxe, but silkier. Not sure how to describe it. It's soft. Heats evenly enough for me (I never expect perfection). I do wish it had the ability to hook up to a small, portable battery pack, though. The images show it being used outdoors, so that was misleading for me. You'll really only be able to do that if you carry around one of those large battery things that has a standard plug option (NOT USB).

I rate this heated blanket as 3.5 (rounding up to 4) stars because it’s versatile for many occasions. The fabric is really soft but has a different feel that I'm struggling to describe. I'm warming up to it though, and hoping it's just a temporary state and the blanket feels cozier with time or a washing. It's somewhat lightweight for traveling but a nice thickness for comfort, with multiple heat settings and an automatic shutoff feature. It came in a Ziploc type of bag that could be reused to protect and make it easier to pack.

This Jartoo Apalos FlexHT heated blanket is quite wonderful! It feels absolutely amazing!! I prefer to have it ice cold with a blanket; I fell asleep so fast and dreamt so well that I thought even the blanket was a dream. The blanket is great and super comfortable, but I love a great value. While the blanket does its job, came promptly, and matched the product description photo... I still don't think it is worth $199.99 (which is the price at the time I write this review). I would, however, recommend it to everyone and anyone who will listen!!
