The louvered pergola is a wonderful addition to my deck, completes it in a perfect way. When closed, it keeps the covered area dry. You can also open it and enjoy nice sunny days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pergola. It is made of some type of aluminum with a very nice coating, that feels like plastic. I don’t think that the pergola will ever get rusty. It is solid and sturdy and comes with options to be mounted to concrete, wood or metal, according to your needs. It is easy to assemble, with no special tools necessary. Everything you need is provided and the instructions are very easy to follow. It took my husband and I about 3 and a half hours to finish. I love everything about it!

Like how it looks and shades our deck wonderfully. My only negative is the mosquito netting blows all over the place when you have it down & zippered together. It really needs to be attached at the bottom to each of the posts. Even the smallest breeze blows it up on top of the furniture. Would love the company to come out with a screen panel kit with & without screened sliding doors. Something more permanent would be great. Install was not too bad, there were 3 of us.

Let me start that I was very impressed with the packaging, there is no way anything could be scratched. Everything was wrapped and packaged better than I ever expected. Materials were again better than I expected. The aluminum, though on the lighter gauge but by no means cheap. Putting together was relatively easy and all holes lined up. Very impressed with the engineering of how everything went together. I put it together in an afternoon and fastened to my deck and the very next day had 50mph winds, was very concerned on how it was going to hold up. The louvers were flapping on the big gust but all held up very well. As I am writing this review we are sitting under pergola with louvers closed in a lot of sun and sitting in the shade just as we hoped it would do. We absolutely love this pergola but time will tell as far as how long it will last. It has only been up for one week but as of now it gets a 5 star plus! It has exceeded our expectations at this point.

Company is misleading. I bought a 12x14 last year and it was great. This year I bought two more and after assembling we realized what they are selling in the photos is no longer what they are shipping customers. Spoke to them directly and they acknowledged that they changed the pergola and did not update it on Amazon. Do not buy unless you like a surprise or poor build quality. Wobbling frame and forget the bug mesh there is about a 1” gap at the top for bugs to fly in. The one in the photos has a track built into the top rail for the screens to go in. Now they have a metal rod you have to install all around the top inside for the plastic clips to go on. All in all very disappointed. Best part is if you want to return it how does one get it all back in the 4 massive boxes. Don’t worry you spend over $2400 on two and they offer you $80. Do not waste your money there are better ones out there for the same exact price. This quality for be $899 for a 10x12 not $1300.

I love its very sturdy and great quality! The louvers can open on each side and let it light. It was a big upgrade and so far has helped shade my yard in the Arizona sun. It took about 5 hours to build and did need a few hands to hold the posts while I put it the cross sections. I would use a ratchet or drill with an Allen wrench as there is a bunch of Allen bolts. I do love the shade curtains but as with anything in windy days it can fly around so I just put furniture up against the posts and it does great. Also if you don’t want to use the curtains or big netting you don’t have to and only takes a few minutes to remove if needed. I don’t have it anchored in and have had a few very windy days. It has held up great and hasn’t moved.
