Most of the next day assembling it We weren't missing any parts, everything was packed so well. We're very pleased with the pergola, and happy we bought it. 3 people would of made it easier putting it together but we managed. It came in 2 separate shipments, very heavy boxes, 4 total.

Well packaged with padded ends and corner. Taped over strapped box. Other companies should learn from them to limit damage & returns. Leveling the ground will make for easy installation, as recommended. Solid structure, stainless steel screws, easy to follow instructions. Total of 4 boxes, we used dolly to move boxes. Start layout with box 1&2, will need steel plates for connecting frame support in box 3. Two senior couple put this together, but need a third person to hold the initial posts and frame up, so much took less than 30 minutes. The louvres are super ez to install. Takes 8 hours stretch over 2 days because of over 100 temperature. Highly recommend this pergola. Should do very well in the AZ heat.

The pergola is beautiful. However it is not a true size 10x 12. We have spent more money to install it to the floor than anticipated because of the size discrepancy. It needs to be assemble first before you prepare the place where you will set up

I love this pergola, I'd give it 5 stars if the instructions were better. It's not hard to put together, but you need a minimum of 2 people, 3 is even better. Its sturdy, looks great, and functions exactly like I wanted. I had to redo the slats 3 times because the pictures in the instructions are terrible. Once I figured that out everything was good. Unfortunately, my delivery did have some damage, but customer services was really fast to reply and provide a replacement part.

This pergola does not close completely, leaks and is already disintegrating after only days of standing. Now comes the fun of returning this disaster to these sellers. Updating my review because the person I hired to put it together did so incorrectly. It took this company a little while to respond to me, but they tried to be helpful. The pergola is now put together correctly, and it’s been nice so far. Perhaps better assembly instructions would help?

Bought this pergola and for the price, it’s great quality and looks amazing in my backyard! The only issue I had was with the instructions—they were pretty basic and not very detailed. The hardest part was figuring out how the retractable panels on top were supposed to go, but we managed to get them installed. It took about six hours to build with another person, so definitely plan on having help. We were missing a few parts at the end, but after contacting the company, they sent them out right away with no issues. Overall, if you’re looking for a great pergola, this is the one—you won’t be disappointed!
