Now, as it gets really warm in this area and when we cook, gets even warmer. That is until now. So I received the portable A.C. box was intact and no damage. I unpacked it and set in my cabin/ tiny house until I finish it then I can try it out. It's heavier than expected. Not a problem but something to remember. It came with the drain line, remote and owners manual in vent hose. The media could not be loaded. We camp ALOT...We love to camp on the beach, in the mountains, by the rivers, ocean wherever we can get a spot. We bought this because it has wheels and is portable. We can put this directly in the back of our RV and roll it out and put into our tent wherever we set up our sitting areas. The A/C unit is packed up super solid. Normally you shouldn't put an A/C upside down for very long, so we are thankful the delivery driver knew what he was doing. We did have to cut the unit out of the package because of how tight it was put in the box, which is good. I have attached a video that shows the level of sound. I took the video while in a large canopy type tent. It pulled out of the box and was easy to set up. We are simply putting the outsource outside of the tent and the little drain tube outside the tent as well. So far it is really cooling down nicely. We do understand that it won't be freezing cold inside in the middle of the summer. We do have two layers to our sitting tents and when shut up completely it has cooled down really nicely and when we have a few areas of the tent open it will be a nice fan. So far we aren't sure the energy efficiency on a normal home plug in but we do use it on a generator and it ran on the generator for absolutely hours without any issue. The remote control works. The media could not be loaded. I bought this unit in Spring so I don’t have to struggle in the summer since my room is East facing. The Aoxun Portable Air Conditioner has a 9700 BTU cooling capacity is decent, making it suitable for my mid size rooms. It has a compact design and 4 articulated wheels, making it easy to move around. The unit also have very tactile (clicky) button. I like this a lot because it give you instant feedback. However, fan can be noisy at high speed, and the exhaust hose is relatively short. The media could not be loaded. The unit works as advertised. The cooling effect is present and starts working pretty quickly. The set up wasn't too hard and the window until fits but doesn't have small crevices that let out air. I'd recommend using tape to keep the area sealed. The controls are simple and straightforward. There didn't seem to be any issues with using the item at all. The weight and size is smaller which results on a small cooling area. Most likely only good for small rooms or just one room.
