Assembled it myself in about 6 hours. A couple of places the instructions could use better pics and 1 step in particular (the roof) in shows putting screws in to marked holes, yet no markings exist. Took a few minutes to coffin everything else was correct before proceeding, and the screws are self-tapping so wasn’t a big issue. There’s an insert saying silicone is included in order to seal the 2 sections of the roof, yet my kit did not have any. Fortunately I already has some on hand. Rest of it is easy and straightforward. Rubber mallet was a handy inclusion. Don’t even attempt unless you have an electric drill! Set it to a very light setting though so you don’t strip the plastic. Used a few bricks on the roof to keep pressure on it while putting screws in from below, since I don’t have a helper. Was easy to get square/level, so long as you assemble it first on a level surface (ie not on grass). Very pleased with the size. Seems durable but will update if that changes! ... show more

When I got this I was disappointed. The number of pieces and screws was exhausting. This will take a few hours to put together and if it's windy you will need 2 people. The braces for the roof are mostly plastic. I added liquid nail on the inside roof perimeter to add strength. We just had a bad storm with 80 mph wind gust and it held up great with no damage. I’ve built an 8x10 metal shed many years ago, so I knew going into this to do a few things to make this easier. The instructions say this is an all day build and 2 people are needed. I was able to do this in 5 hours alone …. It was a PITA, but I expected that when I bought this shed. I read a few complaints and it appears most are from people that underestimated this build. Here are a few tips to help make your experience better: 1) This comes in 2 boxes and lots of items…sort them before beginning to make your built flow easier. 2) USE A DRILL TO SCREW THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF SCREWS IN THE BUILD. This should be common sense, but I saw one person saying they were tired from screwing in the screws and at 6hours half way through their build. 3) Build it on a flat surface like your garage, or your driveway/patio. I dropped lots of the screws and was easy to locate them since I was not in the yard. You can also use a tarp to help contain the screws. One of my gripes was the hinges screws did not have any extra ones and those were the tiniest screws. Definitely cannot afford to lose any of those. All in all, I am very happy with this buy. I just need to adjust the doors to get them a little more square. It is plastic/resin and not as expensive as some other brands, so it won’t be perfect. However, it looks nice and is solid enough to hold our lawn equipment and free up the garage of a lot of stuff we use often. I would recommend this but again, it is not a fun build! 😀 ... show more

The directions were the worst thing I have ever seen, there were no written instructions just terrible diagrams. I seriously thought of burning the whole thing down.

As another reviewer said, tons and tons of screws. I am familiar with Rubbermaid and Keter sheds that require few screws and assemble much faster. My biggest problem with this shed is that it is not as it is shown in the photos. The Sides and Roof and even the doors are made from two panels that need to be screwed together. I presume that is to make the shipping box narrower, but it adds work and may be prone to leakage or warping. Back to the assembly - all those screws are bound to rust at some point, not really what you expect from a plastic shed. There is no latch on the door. You must use a lock or some other external means to keep the right side door from flapping open. This shed includes a floor, but not the pegboard shown in the photo. They included gloves for handling the metal parts, and the included rubber mallet to aid assembly was a pleasant surprise. There is a support line that you can call if you have issues, but I did not try it. The parts were neatly labeled and there were a few extra screws included. It went together fairly easily. I assembled in my garage, so I was working on a flat, level surface and no wind. The roof attachment is a bit wonky - doesn't fit together cleanly, has gaps, because it is installed at an angle. The instructions were fairly clear and mostly easy to follow. There are a lot of screws to hold the panels together and the screw locations are not marked. You just guess about where they go based on the drawing. Some of the illustrations did not match the parts and caused minor confusion, mostly around the door frame. Also, the instructions call for screws on the inside of the top of the door frame, but there is nothing there to screw into. You could substitute longer screws and drill through the metal frame, but then the screw will protrude into the door. I couldn't figure that part out at all. Overall, it seems like a sturdy shed. It is decent looking in the yard. I hope that it lasts after all the work to assemble it. ... show more

I’m an old lady and managed to put this together by myself in a day. I am pleased. The doors need some adjusting and my son-in-law will come over in a couple of weeks and help me do that but they work fine as they are. I opted to place it Not on a solid level platform but on a waterproof mat on a relatively level bit of ground beside the house. That’s probably why the doors need adjusting. Also, if you’re putting it together by yourself, you will need a wall or something to lean it on at times. Also, there are some interior bracing pieces that are put on near the end. I could not put those on by myself, once the shed was together. If I had known in advance, I could have Put the interior braces on the walls and roof while the panels were still lying on a hard level surface on the patio. I’ll be able to add those once I get some help in a couple of weeks but the shed seems nice and sturdy even without them. I am delighted with my purchase. ... show more
