I put this together by myself. 38 yr old semi handy lady. Occasionally my 12 yr old would hold a pole to stabilize something but I mostly had to hold things up with chairs, etc. It took me about 8 hours only because I kept doing something incorrectly and had to re-do everything! It's funny now but frustrating then. 8 holes were misaligned and I had to drill new ones through the metal. I got it up finally and it seems pretty sturdy so here's hoping it lasts a long time! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am a 40 yr old female and put this together by myself in 3 hours! The only thing I needed help with was prying the four leg feet apart that seemed to be jammed together. All the parts were there. I would suggest getting a star drill bit to make it go a little faster, pay very close attention to the direction of your poles. The only option to secure to the ground were tent stakes so I used deck screws with a washer head on them to keep them secure. I will try to find a cap to over screw heads but for the time being to keep it from blowing off my deck this is what I'm working with. Everything was labeled properly and all the parts for together. It was so easy and since I knew I couldn't move it once put together being able to do it in place without moving anything was awesome! Highly recommend this and I'm excited for summer to come for some nice days outside! ... show more
