Directions were a little challenging. And one step of the directions should have been before the next which led us to having to take one step apart and back track to fix. This is a time consuming project but the end product is well worth it. Took my father in law and husband all day (about 8 hours) to put together and mount to house and concrete patio. But I love it so much. Blocks sun so I can finally use my patio and not die from the heat. Love sitting out during a rainstorm and watching the water run through the roof. Even withheld a superstorm with high winds and tornado warnings with no damage and no problem.

I was nervous when we got this but honestly it was really easy to put together, my husband and it finished it in about 6 hours. It feels sturdy, we use extra anchors to keep it really attached to our patio as our last gazebo left of in a strong storm. This one has already survived two storms!

Very pleased with end product. Was very time consuming to put together. Especially there were some instructions in the wrong order so you have to undo some work to move forward with new pieces. Just always review ahead on instructions.

This awning is shipped in 3 boxes. Unfortunately only two showed up and the third box came a week later. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to assemble the awning myself with the help of my wife on occasion. It took approximately 10 hours total. It's a very sturdy well designed unit which I believe will last for many years. Very pleased with the looks and function of the awning.

Extremely happy ! Everything was there , went together with a little effort , but the work was worth it ! It looks great also . We attached it to our house over our deck . With a little modification it worked quite well .

Not as nice as it looks. We have to tighten the frame regularly. The way they had us build it is the reason. I would have built it differently knowing what I know now. Honestly, save your money and headache, do not buy.
