I received all three boxes in good shape, except for one box has a corner wrinkled up. Those were the panels that were all in good shape was very pleased at every piece was wrapped in plastic. Before assembly, I was putting all the pieces together and feel that it’s heavy duty and so far all the parts are there. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like the looks of it a lot of good reviews and the price was lower than others. Not only did they tape the box, but they put vans on the box and they taped the bands down to the box that makes a big difference.

Turned out very nice. I installed it on my second floor deck. Everything arrived secure and in good condition. Overall it took me about 6-8 hours to put it together on my own. While I'm pretty handy, I would say the biggest thing this pergola needs, is good organization skills. Here are my construction suggestions: #1 - Setup the area you are going to put everything together. I would suggest laying 4 pieces of wood parallel to each other, spaced about 3 ft apart. This will allow you to easily assemble the posts and beams, without dragging them across the ground or concrete. #2 - Organize the pieces by Letter. #3 Put all of the posts together before starting the assembly. I found it speeds up the final assembly. #4 Pay attention to the holes in the posts to be sure you don't put something together backwards. #5 Make sure you install it where it can both be securely connected at the feet, and attaching the legs to a secure vertical surface using the provided brackets. If you don't secure both at the feet and vertically then it will fail, and it will be your fault, not the companies. Take your Time, and You won't regret your purchase

10×12 hardtop,well the instructions are to be desired,all the parts were in tack,took about 3 hrs to assemble the parts 1 person,2 ppl can do it but 3 is really nice to erect it,the tall truss bolt pattern goes to the outside to the tall side the small side is on the inside then rafters everything lined up and had spare bolts in some and the right amount in other bags,overall it is pretty nice,pretty sturdy when mounted to house or whatever you are attaching it to,the steel poles could be thicker metal but it will work,gave it 4 stars because the the instructions,they bare real important piece placement and good photos hardly any written instructions but it does go together,if you buy the awning have fun it can get frustrating a time or two,would i buy again? Probably after assembling it once,really not to bad! Edit: it rained the day after I wrote this review and it did Not leak anywhere, this is really nice! Forgot to mention the shipping,both boxes came the same day,same truck with one is about 120 lbs the other is about 30 lbs

The product is very heavy and probably a good product but if you order from Amazon note the delivery was at the end of the driveway up a hill leaned against a camper. I had to get it down the hill to the actual front door. Update : all parts arrived and great product

The media could not be loaded. I live in Florida and was so excited to get this awning. It totally worked through our florida rain, the only rain that got on the patio was from the wind blowing it in. The channels worked like they should. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because they sent me an extra 12 piece instead of a C piece and I have not gotten a response from the seller. Shipping was ahead of schedule so I got it in time for my son’s birthday which I was ecstatic about! I love it, I absolutely recommend! During hurricane season, I will probably remove the roof panels because we get some cat 3 and 4 where I am, but removing the roof panels will be an easy 30 minute preventive measure. Instructions were easy to follow, my husband and I put it together easily, but he is an experienced contractor. It comes with hand tools, but you will need a drill for mounting, it cannot stand freely- so plan to have or purchase a drill bit that fits your houses needs.
