Super easy to install. It took me 4 hours by myself with about 10 min of my wife’s help to install 2 of the top rails so it would stand on its own. Mounted to house and deck and is very stabile. It’s withheld winds and storms with no leaks or damage. Looks amazing and is worth the money.

It’s very sturdy, unfortunately one of its screw-holes is not right, and could not hold the screws it came with. I contacted support and they have not replaced that part. That said, the size, the color, and despite that problem I was able to install it completely without one screw and it has withstood 20mph winds. I however placed it up against a sturdy shed, and into the ground. It is super sturdy steel and came impeccably painted in black. I love it! Unfortunately Amazon is not allowing me to post a photo.

I feel from this this company that is an inaccurate website review and I will give them a zero because I reached out to them. I reached out to Amazon about returning this product because it was an inaccurate website. It did not fit my deck and they want me to pay for the return labels and then they gave they reached back to me and said that they want me to Take a $20 refund and keep the item which I’m not doing that. It cost me $261.13 from Amazon and now we we are dealing with sending them messages from Amazon to them and waiting them for them to respond. I did call the company to which to give them a heads up about the fact that I want to return labels that’s all I want return labels because I cannot take it back to the United States post office because they will not take something that’s over 70 pounds This company do not nobody deal with this company and buy anything from this company because they are poor quality they do not care about the customer they I did not pay for the stuff to be sent to me. I had free shipping sent to me from UPS and now they’re expecting me to pay the money for it to go back as returned this, this is very inaccurate website. It was meant to be able to fit my deck and it does not fit my deck. It is an inaccurate website. They are poor consumers to deal with on a company based things I am totally disgusted and I’ve told this to Amazon I am not happy that I’ve told Amazon I will not give a good review on these this company. This company has caused me nothing but heartache and end up being upset since yesterday when I realize that it was not gonna fit on my deck because it was an inaccurate website And they don’t know and then they wanted me to take a buyout of $20 cheaper from $261.13 I don’t think so so I just wanna warn people out there. For below $400, this gazebo is an excellent value compared to similar options. The manual looks lengthy at first, but the instructions are actually clear and easy to follow—just trust the steps, even when they seem odd (like the panels or leakage prevention). The studs are heavy-duty, and you’ll definitely want a couple of friends to help with installation since it’s not light. Once up, it works great: the sloped roof provides nice shade that softens sunlight without blocking it completely, and it’s already held up well through Seattles rains. Overall, very happy with the quality for the price—it does the job and looks good on the patio.

This item was delivered on time and I was happy until I saw the instructions. Pictures only and was easy until you got to #10. No real photos of how to assemble or which way to put on pieces. I had to keep getting on Amazon to blow up pics to see how it went. It took me almost a month. I am happy with finished product. I used cinder blocks to hold posts until I could get Cross bars on and did it by myself. I am a 63 year old woman and got done with having trouble only on instructions.
