I purchased this mainly becuause my central ac has quit on me, the ac guy quoted me 6000 to replace it, I simply couldn’t afford it at this point, so this becomes a great alternative for my 300 sf room, it is very easy to install, noise level is acceptable. Appearance wise is to my liking. It is great quality and pretty heavy to lift it to m second floor all by my self, need a container to hold all the water coming out of the product though, it performance great, my room feels cool and within few minutes in a hot summer day in Florida:) ... show more

My central AC is down in a week. This portable conditional works great on my living room instead the central AC. I love it. Make my family stay cool inside the house. Easy to installed and doesn’t make big noise like window AC. Just hopefully will be energy efficiency.

There is no exaggeration. The speed of cooling is very fast. My room is about 400 square feet and the temperature dropped in about 5 minutes. What I like very much is that it has very little noise.

Everything is great except the remote was missing - I sent a note - they sent a new remote but it was not the right one. If they send the right one I'd change the rating!

This is a nice multi use system. It has heating, cooling, and dehumidifying. Very easy to set up and use. It comes with everything you need for the window. The wheels on it make it easy to move to other rooms as needed. Love this portable powerful air conditioner, it makes my room cool down quickly.
