    • Using the chair on indoor Carpeting !!
Received the product in a big cardboard box. The chair was in perfect shape, no complaints there. Got the 2 batteries with it as stated , one was the big one, 25 ah the other 12 ah. The big one is real heavy. I am not a heavy person . This chair will hold a 300 lb. person. I bought it for the heavier person for the heavier duty it was made for . I bought it for use outdoors basically .I have been using it indoors at the present time because of the inclement weather we have been having . The only problem I have had with it is the fact that it is not real easy to navigate it on my CARPETING . My carpet is not real PLUSH but the specs do not show it as being used on CARPETING which I cannot condemn it for as not being listed on Carpeting. The problem is it must not be used with the biggest battery which makes the front wheels too hard to change direction because of the weight of the BIG battery. If the smaller battery is used it will be much easier to navigate on CARPETING , still not perfect but easier for the front wheels to change DIRECTION specially when doing a 360 deg. turn. I have accepted this problem & have gotten along fine with it. I love the chair & am looking forward to the time when I will get it outside in it's own environment. ... show more

The chair is good but a little slower than my last chair. The chair is heavy. The battery seems to last a long time. I’ve taken the chair to Disney World for 6 hours and battery still had plenty of life. I like that the wheels are solid no need to worry about a flat tire. I would like to see an easier disconnect of the joystick assembly on future models, reclining seat, less weight, more speed and option to have color changing led lights installed underneath or in the wheels. My husband is disabled and I have already bought him an electric wheelchair that is light enough for me to lift and him to doctors,etc……..But he really likes this one. He has been using it to ride around the house and yard. Said it rides very smooth and has a large enough seat for comfort. Came with two batteries, so we have a spare if needed quickly.
