I didn’t I like anything about this product! It’s incredibly small, cheaply made and very costly! Too say my poor grandson was disappointed was an understatement! It says it fits up a 12 year old and he is turning 9! My other grandson is 7 amd he is too big for it as well. It’s made of cheap plastic and it steers hard. I bought this to my 6-year son, but you will need an Incredible Huck power to maneuver this Go Kart which make it very dangerous. It is heavy, doesn't steer. Now I tried to return it, but it is too big, and UPS will not take it without a box. There is no box size available. The seller sold it on a custom-made card box with a lot of packing tape which fell apart when I opened. Don't spend your money on it, for sure you will regret. ... show more

Great customer support experience. My son loved the go kart for all of 20mins. I have 2 of these now but both chains broke after using it in the first 20mins. Hopefully I can get new chains from somewhere maybe that will fix the problem.
