This is very easy to use and extremely easy to clean. I do wish it came with mini-tongs or tools that wouldn't scratch the surface. You can also be limited in what you cook in the pans underneath as the coils are extremely close (I had to break crab cakes in half and pat them down for them to fit and cook thoroughly.). This product is great, except it smokes from underneath and smells like it's constantly burning so you cannot use this in doors. The grill itself works great for korean bbq and to make the cheese fondue, I just wish I could use it inside.

It did the job and is very useful, you will become a cook of meats and vegetables if you want it or not. This is a cook your own food. But what’s not to love, is a real conversation starter and everyone around can cook their own. Awesome, Remember it needs to be clean after use😂

Takes over 30 minutes to heat up on high Once it gets heated up, it starts to cook okay. Plan at least 30 minutes to heat up and another 30 minutes to have your meats cooked. Vegetables will cook in about 15 minutes, thicker ones longer like asparagus.
