My brother in law wanted to get beds for his kids that were coming to see him for the first time in 6 months that way they would not sleep on an air mattress. My only issue is that the last side and screws to t put in did not fit the holes. I am currently having to secure one side with zip ties and screws (as far as they will go in) until I can figure out what I can do without damaging my hands or the bed.

I wish I could give the bed a 0 star The bed itself is beautiful BUT do not purchase this bed. My 8 year old daughter uses this bed and anytime she moves we can hear it. The bed is so noisy it creeks and squeaks. I have had to tighten the screws many times in the few months that we have had it. I contacted the company about returning the bed and they refused to let me return it.

I just moved to my new place, so I decided to buy metal frame rather than a mattress box. The shipping box is not that heavy, so I moved to my apartment by myself. It is made of light weight steel but feels strong. Every piece is nicely labelled so the assemble process is straightforward, less than one hour, can be easily completed by one adult, even though it recommends two people, and I did everything by myself. It feels tight after assembly and doesn’t shake. The trick is that you have to tighten the screws back and forth several times. After assembly, it can be easily moved to other corner in the room since it not that heavy. So far I am happy with it and thinking of getting some small cabinets under the frame to increase storage space. I do wish they can make it a little bit higher so I can have more rooms under the bed.

I bought this bedframe about six months ago for my 10 year old stepdaughter. She has an independent streak and decided to use her bed as a ladder thinking it wouldn't be an issue. However, one of the crossbars buckled, causing her to fall on the bed, severely bending several other crossbars. Also, this was super squeaky even after retightening the bolts. Good for a guest room, but not daily use.
