Nice basketball goal. We had to return and reorder it because the manufacturer packaged it with loose parts rather than blister packing or bagging them. Both of the shipments had corner damage on the box and parts feel out. TWICE! Extremely easy to assemble. Recommend getting larger diameter washers for the backboard bolts. I never throw nuts and bolts away so I had some in the garage I used. The backboard, rim and pole are of good quality. Even the net seems like good nylon. The base however... It's a good thing I never intended on using water or filling with sand. Much like other reviews the plastic is super thin, and it was cracked right out of the box. My 6yr old son just started basketball practice, if we get a year or so out of this I'll be happy. If he gets serious with it, I'll invest in a nicer fully adjustable one with the full size backboard. Overall, it's definitely a "get what you paid for" setup. ... show more

Purchased for my daughter and assembled as instructed. Base immediately leaked water at the seam. Construction is poor and not good value. I would consider another product. Was not able to initiate a return within 30 days due to busy holiday schedule so now we're out of luck.

Purchased for my 11 yr old twins, 8 yr old & almost 7 yr old. All boys. Hubby put it together pretty quickly. We have bought sand to put in the base, but haven't gotten around to it. Even without, it hasn't tipped. Easy to adjust height between when the younger and older kids play. Very satisfied

This hoop is a piece of junk. Bought for a 7 and 10 year old for Christmas. Not even 3 months later, rim is broken and just bounces around, (and no, it was never dunked or hung on because the whole setup is so weak it would have just flipped over) Base leaks water out completely, backboard is so flimsy it moves around on every shot. It is quite a good basketball setup easy to put together and is quite sturdy. The backboard is probably the only thing that is a bit less sturdy but seems to be handling things thus far.
