Assembly is definitely required, but the instructions were very easy to follow and I was able to do it entirely on my own. I was missing one piece initially, but I contacted the seller and they were able to immediately send me a replacement part. The LEDs are beautiful, and the frame is sturdy. Just make sure you have ALL of the parts. (I was missing a center beam, so the bed collapsed a little under too much weight, but nothing broke and the replacement part fixed everything.) Every screw and tool you need comes neatly packed in a plastic/cardboard package - you don't need anything but those. The instructions come with easy-to-understand diagrams and are fairly intuitive. Bought this bed for my 11 year old. She loves the LED lights and usb ports. The bed is very pretty and the drawers have a nice locking device (I was worried they wouldn’t sit straight). It feels very sturdy. I would note that this is a slight off white rather than pure white.

Everything about this bed is nice, except the USB ports do not work. I'm not sure if it's a short or what, but the green light flickers on once every thirty seconds or so to show that it's active, but it never charges anything. The frame is strong. The drawers are solid. The headboard is covered in a nice, faux leather material. The LED function is super cool. It is a bit tricky to assemble, because it doesn't come with good instructions, but the video in the listing got me through it. I was able to construct it on my own. If the USB charging ports aren't a dealbreaker, this is a very nice bed at a good price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This bed was exactly as described it shipped very fast and arrived earlier then expected, I love how the drawers has screw hook to keep it in place and also really loved how the wooden slats at the bottom has the end pieces that keep it in place, and the USB ports works! ... show more
