i like this dresser it’s tall just like i wanted it, the plug in is a huge plus and the dresser is sturdy considering the materials, i rated it a 4/5 cause the instructions are a tad bit confusing maybe have a new and more simple picture diagram? this took me almost 2 hours to build with some snack breaks in between, i love how they give you extra of every piece you need to build it with and the tools are a plus too, mine came a little dusty but i don’t mind it cause it wasn’t anything crazy

Some context: The house I live in had to have been built by vacationers. There's little closet space, the kitchen cabinets are shallow and narrow, and the floor plan wastes as much space as it can in all the wrong places. I have very few places to put things and I needed a large amount of storage in as small of a place as possible I was leery at first about ordering this due to the drawers not being solid material. I thought it would look bad and not be sturdy. So far I've been very pleasantly surprised -- I've actually received compliments about the look of this unit Previously I had a TV on top, but for now I use it as a decorative shelf. It holds a small lamp. The outlet is wonderfully convenient for this, for plugging in chargers, and having a space to store game controllers. There are many drawers and they each hold a good amount of clothing. The unit itself is solid framed and very easy to move around. It's sturdy without being excessively heavy -- however, you will want to secure it to the wall for maximum stability. The finish looks premium and does not come off as cheap at all If you live somewhere that was designed by people who have never seen a properly laid out house, like I do, you will appreciate this. It's tall, wide, and does not stick out far from the wall. It's ideal for someone who needs a large amount of storage without taking up a lot of room

I replaced a long, heavy cherrywood dresser with a winged mirror. I just got tired of not being able to move it with ease. The selling point for me on this one, was the two shelves and charging station. Having the two shelves, I did not lose any of the space I was used to, to store lotions, perfumes, jewelry, etc. on top. This item is very sturdy and all of my clothes from the nine drawer cherrywood dresser fit with ease in this new 11 drawer dresser, with room to spare! You can’t beat the price, and it is easy to move for cleaning. I had the big, heavy cherrywood dresser for about 25 years, and was nervous about replacing it with something else. But I have no regrets, and being taller, rather than wider, it saves room. If you’re considering this one, buy it!

I bought two and really like them however, as you assemble the pieces it’s actually upside down so I didn’t notice until the entire tv stand was put together that one of the pre drilled holes must not have been deep enough because the screw used (and yes it was the correct size screw) went right through wood and now I have a large chunk of wood missing from the shelf…the email support is incorrect and goes to an architect firm…anyone know the correct customer support for these products?
