I bought these chairs almost 2 years ago and one has already been repaired and the other has little to no padding/cushion left on the seat. I had this same type of chair years prior that lasted almost 10 years in hopes that theses chairs would do the same! I don’t really think the reviews are giving this chair a fair shake. The assembly instructions came with the chair. They were super easy to follow and the chair super simple to assemble. The chair was well packed for shipping. The chair is extremely comfortable and appears well made. Not sure if it’s real leather or not, but I was less concerned about that and more concerned about the comfort and ease of cleaning since this chair is being used for breast pumping and feeding in my newborn daughters bedroom. My wife is 5’ 7” and the back comes right up to the top of her head. The chair glides and spins. It also reclines to a max of about 45 deg and can come back up and lock into any position back up to 90 deg. ** Update: Vendor responded quickly to my concerns, and provided a replacement chair free of charge and at no additional delivery charge. Have not put it back into use, as I got a Secret Lab chair as my work chair instead of the glider. But, look forward to using the glider again when I find the appropriate space for it. ** Original Review: A decent glider, but poorly constructed. Broke in under a year. The seat is supported by three thin strips of metal: one closer to your knees, one right where your butt rests, and one towards the very back. So, unless you slouch in the chair, you will feel that middle slat through the fairly thin cushion. Also, with the majority of your weight on only one of the seat supports, that slat takes all of the stress. The weld holding that slat to the chair frame broke on mine after less than a year. It’s a pity, because the gliding action was usually smooth, and this made a decent daily use chair (I actually had it at my desk for my home office). But, it is not well constructed, and may not hold up over time. ... show more

We bought 2 of these chairs for watching TV. I am 6'5" and my wife is 5'8". The chairs fit us perfectly. The rocking motion of the ottoman compliments the rocking of the chair making for a very relaxing motion. Being able to choose how much recline you want and lock it in is an excellent feature. The chairs were very easy to assemble and are light enough to easily move into position. *Update* The rocker mechanism on one of the chairs failed. It was just what I wanted in my recliner glider swivel chair, beautiful padding color ( brown) holds 250 lbs ( should last a while). BUT When I sat in it a bit short for shoulder height. When I went to get up the chair tipped over on me. The base is small, so tips over when you lean forward. NOT safe for 70 year old person 5’8 Best use in RV. Our chair broke beyond repair in four months of use. I contacted the seller and after showing pictures of our problem they said they will send me a new chair. This is currently during the major shut downs due to covid-19 so there will be a slight shipping delay. This review will get updated to five stars once I get the replacement chair. As far as the chair goes it is incredibly comfortable. The cushioning is holding up better than a similar chair from Kmart. The material is nice and cleans very easily when a kid spills on it and is very pretty. The recline function and locking function work smoothly and the lock doesn’t get stuck. I am beyond excited to have a replacement coming! And appreciate that I received answers to my messages to customer support within 24 hours, and sometimes minutes. New update.
