We like them. We are limited on space so these fit better than our previous ones. Our cat liked our old ones as they had a lot of material to shred, he hasn't shown an interest in these. Check the seat width because are narrower than what we had, and the seat is a bit taller. The back doesn't have a built in head pad so a thin pillow may be needed. Some may not like the shortish armrests. The cushions are very firm, and a bit thin, so they shouldn't get a dent in them. The swivel is very stiff, but I imagine it will loosen with use. Our old units were pretty much up or back, these allow you to set it where you want it and lock it down. Assembly was very easy with ten bolts, including the ottoman. They are relatively light and easy to move to clean around. They are probably not for everyone, but work for us, especially for the price. A final point, they shipped with FedEx, which would have been fine if they had that on their page. We used our Po box number, we are very rural, and, of course, FedEx doesn't deliver to Po boxes. Instead of contacting me, FedEx just sent to a random address. I did finally get them, but it's something to be aware of. If it had been marked on their page, or Amazon had said it couldn't ship to that address, I could have used my physical address and saved some aggravation.

It would’ve been a lot more helpful if they had a video. The instructions were a problem. I had some extra parts. Come to find out they fell off the chair in transport or something. It took me a while, but I finally figured out where they went.

I was worried the color might not match the photos, but it arrived looking exactly as shown. The packaging was secure—everything arrived undamaged despite rough handling. Assembly took less than 20 minutes and was straightforward. The chair fits nicely in my space without feeling bulky, and rolls smoothly. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and accuracy of the product.

We first got this chair for my home office, since I always sit cross-legged. My husband tried it and immediately said, "Okay, I need one too." It’s super comfortable, the back support really helps my posture, and I love that I can stretch my legs out on the footrest. It swivels and rolls smoothly, looks nice, and didn’t take long to put together.
