I needed to get an Android tablet that would work with some equipment I just purchased. This was the best choice for me. I like the octa-core processor and the 12 gigs of RAM is everything I needed. Very responsive. It was very easy to activate and add all my current apps to. I really liked all the accessories it came with, including the screen protector, case, key board and wireless mouse. I look forward to streaming videos on it. I've only had it a few days but it is operating very nicely. It was very easy to register the product via email and has a 2 year warranty. I was reluctant to purchase this tablet considering it was priced around $100 dollars. I have an older Samsung A6 and figured i would upgrade to a newer Samsung for travel. I received this AOCWEI tablet within 3 days of ordering it and was pleasantly surprised. The included wireless mouse, keyboard, screen shield and case were just as advertised. The processor speed is more than adequate and the keyboard connected immediately through blue tooth. I was able to transfer all of my files seamlessly and everything works as advertised. Was looking for an economical tablet for travel. Watching movies on plane, listening to music, reading with Kindle app, etc. This tablet is PERFECT for the money. It is one of the few that includes accessories like a folio case with built-in stand, mouse and keyboard. It also runs recent version of Android 13. Many others I looked at were Android 11 or 12. It's nice to have the expansion slot for a microSD as well. I was able to put a 256GB card in it with my MP3 library and some MP4 movies. Performance playing back is decent. I ordered one of these and it turned out I got a defective unit. The Bluetooth would not work and the battery wasn't lasting more than 2-3 hours just reading a book. Anything more intensive drained it almost immediately. I didn't have to ask them. They saw I had issues in my review and they cheerfully sent me another tablet! This company has the best customer service and I really appreciated that. That's very rare in this day and age. 2nd tablet connected via Bluetooth to 4 devices, including the keyboard, no problem and the battery is lasting 5-6 hours reading and not draining as quickly watching video. So it's a lot better situation than the first one. First one was a bit of a dud but at least the company stepped up and replaced it no questions asked. Well done!
