All other parts and components, including motors, electronic controls, pumps, jets, waste and overflow assemblies, fittings, faucets, and plated finishes, are covered by a limited 1 year warranty, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. All labor and repair-related services are covered within the first 90 days of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner on the original purchase order. The finish warranty does not cover fading, cracking, delaminating, or blistering caused by excessive wear, sun exposure, or abrasive cleaning. It does not apply to failures or damage resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, improper installation, alteration, chemical corrosion, or improper maintenance, or to damage that could have been identified through proper inspection prior to installation. Scratches and surface damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery and before installation, and claims must be submitted in writing.
