I bought this same hammock from Amazon back in early 2020. After the expected wear and tear, I decided to replace it with the same item. The new one wouldn't fit in the stand as it is much shorter. I have photos of the old one vs. the new one. That being said, it appears to be built to the same quality. The old one sat outside without shelter for two summers. There were weeks where someone was in it every day. Some of the cords frayed and broke only because I mounted it incorrectly and the wingnut on the hammock stand cut them. It is still in decent shape and I only replaced it because of the cords I'd damaged. This is a very well made item, even if it is a bit smaller. I ended up making an extension out of paracord so I could hang it in the stand. I only barely needed to use the included hanging straps. ... show more

I can’t get over the price - these are really sturdy and fit on the hammock pole set we bought here, too. The loops have a metal ring inside the raid for stronger and non-hopping swinging. Had to get more because my dogs love to climb in with me
