I have no issues with the way they resolved my concerns. -----Absolute garbage. Filament gets caught on the roll constantly. Worst filament I have ever dealt with.-----

Decent filament, definitely get what you pay for. Two of the three spools had their air-tight seals punctured and needed dried for a few hours before they could be used (we tried using without putting in the dryer and kept having adhesion issues). It also had a really weird smell, and after printing it had an almost oily feeling to it that I've never felt on a print before. Overall it worked out well enough, and I would consider buying again, but its not my first choice.
