I am currently using the High Clear resin with the Photon Mono 5s printer. The High Clear resin requires higher exposure times than the other AnyCubic resins I've used, otherwise it will be prone to avoid adhesion problems, supports stretching and warping the model, etc. I didn't realize this at first and mistakenly thought "High Clear" was short for "High Speed Clear" since they are both on the same product page, and so I promptly dialed in the wrong settings on my very first print with it - oops! Lesson learned: pay attention to the details and don't make assumptions based on the name. Still, I kind of wish they'd called it "Super Clear" or better yet given it a separate product listing to avoid that potential confusion. Anyway, High Clear may print slowly, but I feel the end result is worth it and so far I love this resin. The model in the picture is cured but unvarnished and was printed using the default 0.05mm layer height. I have also used it more recently at 0.03mm layer height at roughly 80% of the recommended exposure for 0.05mm and the results are great. High Clear performs much better than the clear eco resin I used previously, both better at avoiding yellowing on post-cure and seems like it may be more resilient (I haven't done any formal drop tests or other serious stress tests; this is just based on how flexible thin parts remain). I have used the High Clear resin in a minimally ventillated room with a VOC meter and it does indeed seem low VOC during printing and also when having small amounts of liquid resin and just-removed models sitting exposed to the air. Once a model is washed with alcohol (but before the final post-cure), the drying/evaporation process does cause a small spike on my VOC meter - but even leaving a very wet model drying in open air for a while doesn't read as high for VOCs as if I use even a small quantity of rubber glue in the same room. ... show more

I've been using the ANYCUBIC 3D Printer Resin for several months now and I'm extremely satisfied with its performance. The resin produces high-quality prints with great detail and accuracy. It's also very easy to work with and provides consistent results. The 405nm wavelength is perfect for my SLA 3D printer and the UV-curing process is very efficient, allowing me to print faster and with less waste. The resin cures quickly and produces a solid, durable print. I appreciate that the ANYCUBIC 3D Printer Resin comes in a variety of colors and formulations to suit different needs. I've used the standard resin for everyday prints and the transparent resin for more artistic projects, and both have worked exceptionally well. Another thing I like about this resin is that it's very affordable compared to other brands. Despite its low price, it performs just as well or better than some of the more expensive resins I've used in the past. Wanted to test out this resin as it was on sale. Picked up two bottles and loved the way it came out! The details it captures are great and it cures and cleans super nice. The only downside I would say is that it does have a slightly stronger smell than what I’m used to. But with an air filter and proper ventilation it’s all good. ... show more

I purchased this Anycubic Green Resin because I wanted to try a translucent color. I tought because of the color the quality will not be the same and the features will not be as defined as a normal opaque resin, and man, I was wrong. First thing I printed was an AmeraLab town calibration part, just to test the resin with the standard settings and then fine tune from there. the print was flawless, all the features were well defined and It was as good as some other tests I've done with other resins. Then I printed a Hellboy figure (love Hellboy) and I was impressed with the results. The face and everything was perfectly defined I don't feel the resin as brittle as the regular grey one. I printed this things in my Anycubic photon (great printer by the way). Another thing that I noted is that this resin doesn't "stink" as much as others, I can barely smell the resin after it was poured into the vat. I think for the price, this is a great resin to print with and is fool proof, works perfectly with standard settings found over the internet, no wasted resin on more testing! I am very happy with the results, and it looks so good that I might be printing the same in an opaque color in order to paint it, and leave this one as is, love the translucent green color. ... show more

Just got an SLA printer last week so I’m very new to this. I’ve been using an FDM printer for 2-3 years though so I’m no stranger to the general process. The other resin I have is the Anycubic grey standard resin. I mostly print minis for tabletop games. The grey resin CAN produce really impressive minis however it’s very brittle. I’m reading that there are multiple “flavors” of resin out there with different physical properties (as with the different types of FDM filaments). My first print with this translucent green resin was the dinosaur skull. Unfortunately, at some point the top half of the skull, the way cooler part, fell off the supports. I realize there are many possible contributing factors so I’m not really knocking the resin itself but that was disappointing. I’m also irritated when people talk about the “low odor” of these different resins. Both I’ve tried so far are extremely smelly. I leave a window open right next to my printer and it’s still pretty powerful. If you’re interested in SLA printing for minis you basically have to print a gelatinous cube with this stuff. Super excited for that. I’m also going to try the Anycubic plant based resin. I read that’s good for minis. Overall the green is good but admittedly I don’t have a huge pool of experience to compare to yet. ... show more
