Ton of emulators with thousands of games. It's kinda like a blast to the past. It's nice and compact in that you no longer need all those old systems. There's memory on the device so you can save as you go. Comes with two controllers so you can use it to play with friends. Got it to kind of reminsce and maybe show our kids the old school games from back in the day. Fantastic gift for the old school gamer. The system is obviously not perfect and design could be better, but I also wasn't expecting much for this price. Don't bother with this one. Controllers didn't work, they had a mind of their own and would randomly go in a different direction or another button would be pushed, or not work at all. The majority of games were duplicates, cheap boot legs or even some Asian garbage that are incomprehensible. The games that did work experienced lots of lag, poor graphics, and focused zoom where a lot of the screen was distorted or cut off. Definitely NOT worth it! I returned it ... show more

Most games work fine but controller is cheap and misses input from buttons. You cant not physically swap buttons as it shows u can only switch in settings. Alot of games are cool but even with being slightly organized finding games take forever. List with numbers would help tremendously.

I got this for my 5 yr old son as his 1st game system. He absolutely loves it!!! Lots of games including a few different Super Mario Bros. It's fun being able to hook it up to the TV and play Super Mario Bros 3 together! Picture quality is just like when the games originally came out. Battery life is amazing! Charge for 2 hours and then have several hours of play. We have had where the battery started to die while playing on the TV. We disconnected from the TV but kept the game still on the console and put it on the charger. Gave it an hour and hooked back to the TV so we could continue where we left off. Only con is the included cord to hook to the TV is so short you would literally have to be against the TV to play. I ended up having to spend another $20 to get a cord extender and hdmi converter. ... show more

Yes the product has like 40k games. most of which are duplicate games in different languages it's got a couple of staple games in there but not in English they got the euro versions and some jap versions limited on us versions can't save games without using the save state and load state controller functionality is backwards on the abxy format. you cannot edit the input of the controller like you can with other emulators and find this super annoying as in order to play the games like I did for nostalgic purposes should also at least come with a programmable button layout for each system u play. must be plugged in HDMI and USB simultaneously to work so all in all can use a lot of work like what they're doing but you can tell that someone just threw a bunch of files and a start up folder on a stick drive I imagine it's easier to buy this product, and extract and copy the games you want on computer and running your own emulator. Like zsnes or snes9x virtual boy etc. but you would still need a different controller as it functions with their system alone haven't tried to use wireless controller interface with other systems yet but I imagine I can copy the folder related to it onto a computer and change the emulation layout in the startup folder and drop in ur favorite emulators to play it with better functionality. So language option functionality prime staple availability the same games with different languages options doesn't make it another game and I think that it was definitely a scheme to call it 40k or even 20k games on inflation of hype again cause I don't think different languages of the same game counts as a separate game ... show more

Description does not match the product that arrived. Not only does the remote not take AAA batteries as stated on its product page. (It takes AA) but the HDMI cable that arrived is damaged and it does not come with any receivers nor any instructions.
