These "opera length" gloves; i.e., calfing sleeves, are really great. I'm using them to cover my wrist to elbow skin breaks and wounds when I shower. Believe me, they really work well as they keep my injured area free from water.

To preface I did not use these specifically for rectal use, but they were very sticky and difficult to get on an off. I would need to manually adjust each finger sleeve to get the proper fit. There are gloves that are very similar in price that are much easier to get on and serve the same purpose.
