The green scrub side bites into baked-on pans just as hard without scratching my nonstick, and the sponge side stays springy instead of going flat and slimy after a few days. Edges don't shred or delaminate the way cheaper store brands do. Six in a pack means I swap them out more often instead of stretching one past its life.
