I bought this flat iron in August and it's the worst money I ever spent. It's not clamping tightly unto the hair. It took a long time to open and when it did, it's not working properly. Highly frustrated with this flat iron . I wouldn't recommend it.

Doesn't glide through the hair smoothly. Tends to pull a bit and stutter when pulling slowly down. We've tried it several different ways and with different thicknesses of hair and still the same results.

My teen daughter broke two, count 'em, TWO of my flat irons and I needed one to hide so I can use for myself. I came across this and decided to order it and I'm glad I gave it a try! It's a solid and durable flat iron. It has a nice sleek design and feels as though it can withstand multiple uses. The cord is long enough to give you enough space to use it comfortably away from the outlet it's plugged into. The temperature goes up to 430 degrees Celsius in 20 degree increments. What I really like about this flat iron is the fact that it heats up very fast and the plates are wide. No need to wait a long amount of time before it heats up or for it to take a long time to straighten your hair because you can straighten a good amount of hair in just one pass with it. The LED display is easy to read, the buttons are easy to operate and it's easy to maneuver. A glove is included with this flat iron - something that is easily overlooked but I think is a great addition! Overall, this is a good flat iron - especially for the price! It heats up fast, straightens your hair nicely and since plates are wide, you can finish the job sooner.
