I've wanted these Safe, No-flame Candles for a long time. I'm SO happy I finally bought them! I'll be buying some more to expand my Collection. First, they have an outside layer of real wax that gives you that "real" Candle look. The Candles come individually wrapped in a plastic covering to keep the wax smooth and from getting marks and dings in shipping. All of my Candles arrived perfect! The battery housing is inside the Wax Candle and you easily access the battery compartment from the bottom. These Candles look Classic and Beautiful. Not cheap. They look like regular Candles. The coolest feature is the remote control! You can turn all the Candles on and off at the same time, there's a dimmer button to dim or brighten the battery powered plastic flame. You can choose a steady flame or a flicker that's very soft and calming. It's not fast and annoying and the separate Candles flicker at different intervals making the Candles look natural. There's also a timer if you only want them on for certain lengths of time. You can also switch each Candle on and off independently. The remote comes with a battery, but the Candles do not. You will need 2 AA Batteries for each Candle. I absolutely Love these! I would buy them again and again! Enjoy! ... show more

My favorite flameless candle! Our reception venue did not allow real candles. We ordered MANY flameless candles to try. These were, hands down, the best. The outside is wax, so they look real. The "flame" is recessed, so there is no corny "fire" sticking up. The remote control allows you to control brightness and flicker. They really are amazing. Since they come in three heights, you can arrange a very pretty groupings. We mixed these with greens and florals as well as LETINE gold votive candle holders filled with flameless tea lights. These flameless candles are absolutely beautiful and look very realistic. I love that they are made of real wax, which gives them a high-end, authentic appearance. The remote control is a great feature and makes them very convenient to use, especially for setting the mood without getting up. These have a very nice look to them. The light color is very pleasing, and the dimmer effect works quite well. The remote is also great, and does a good job even with multiple candles. The "flicker" mode is basically worthless. If you have a bunch of the candles together, they all flicker in perfect unison, and the pattern is pretty short...it looks really fake. But they look fine when set on constant mode, which is what i use. Also when dimming it's really weird, the candles will actually shut off for a fraction of a second, and then turn back on at the next setting. It's a little annoying, but now that the brightness is where I like it I basically never change it, so no big deal. I've only used the timer once...I generally just turn them on/off with the remote. I think the timer works, I just never use it. They seem to have great battery life. I got the pre-charged rechargeable Amazon Prime AA batteries, and I've been using them probably an average of 4-6 hours a day for well over a month now and they still seem to be going strong. They come with two remotes (having a spare is nice) and also a spare battery door. I had a little trouble with two of them when first unpackaging them: they wouldn't turn on. But eventually fiddling with the battery door and switch I was able to get them all working. All in all very satisfied. ... show more

They are nice and work well. This set has two remotes, which comes in handy. The last time I bought them there was only one. The last set I bought 5 years ago still work, although the light isn't as bright. They display nicely. Good value for what you get. Would buy again.

They look great, and were exactly what I wanted until I went to put batteries in. One candle had two old corroded batteries already in it. The corrosion caused the candle to not turn on. Another candle’s bottom won’t close, therefore won’t make contact with the batteries and won’t work. Amazon did not offer any option other than replacement/refund and return. I’ve already thrown out the packaging and don’t have the desire to re-pack all 9 candles and send back because of two that have issues. Now I’m 2 short for what I needed and have to order another package. ... show more
