This is an absolutely breathtaking chandelier with lots of charming detail. It feels solid, heavy, and all the parts are very good quality. The antique gold bronzing is gorgeous. The crystals are heavy and sparkly. I didn't realize the crystals come in two sizes and that they are multi-faceted. Stunning! They pick up the light so beautifully. This chandelier will be the centerpiece of a room I am currently having remodeled. The ceiling is being lifted from 8 to 12 feet in height. I was concerned the 6-light chandelier would feel too small for the center of the vaulted ceiling, but it is absolutely the perfect size. I am waiting until my contractor has finished the remodel before we put the chandelier all together and hang it. It came very well packed. I think the price is great for the quality of the chandelier. Unless this chandelier is over a table, I would say it is too large in an entry or hallway if the ceiling is only 8 foot high. It needs either furniture below it or good ceiling height. I am so happy to have it. It will be the showpiece of my newly remodeled room (I'll try to update photos when it is hanging). ... show more
