This is the third blender I have bought! The first two just stopped working after using daily. My first with this brand. I have gotten use to the buttons and how they work for my healthy smoothies/ Health shakes. It has one button for ice crushing that works very well before blending. While your ingredients are blending you can see it from the top to estimate when it is ready. And it is pretty quick! Does not take a lot of time from beginning to end. So far, this blender is doing a great job! Reasonable price and also easy to clean! If you are not wanting to spend a lot of money this blender does the job and is not cheap. I would recommend this blender for blending frozen and fresh fruit with a protein powder or not, and ice as well!! Give it a try!

I received the blender as described. Very powerful with suctions on the so you don't have to hold the blender when blending ice. I love the fact that you can increase the blender strength with a turn of a knob. The blender came with a real glass container, not a cheap plastic one like most other blenders. I made a smoothie with frozen bananas, almond milk, ice and mixed frozen fruit. The blender is easy to use and blends the ingredients in seconds. So far I love it.

This blender is terrible. I wasted $60 on it, and it doesn't even work as well as the cheap $19.99 one I had previously. The description says, "Anthter Professional Blender ... for Shakes, Ideal for Smoothies, Crush Ice, Purees." It will blend/mix soft fruits like blueberries and bananas, but it absolutely will NOT crush ice or make smoothies. Even if I follow the directions to only put "crushed ice" in the blender (what?! seriously, that is what the directions say), it still does NOTHING to the ice. You end up with big chunks of ice in whatever you're trying to make. I tried blending chocolate chips into my frozen coffee drink, but they stay in big chunks too. The directions also say to thaw frozen fruit before using. So basically, if you want to make fruit-flavored milk/yogurt, this is your blender. Otherwise, save your money. (Oh, and by the way, the instructions/warranty that come with the blender in the box actually misspell the product name from the name on the box and actual product from Anthter to Anther.)

Appears defective like hard glue inside the jar base. The design is attractive and works good, but it leaks due to defect.

I don’t like to eat frozen fruits, though admittedly, frozen fruits are very easy to store while still nutritious. Occasionally I bought some frozen blueberries and put them into freezer, then most of time, I just simply forgot them. With this blender, it seems all those old frozen fruits, being hibernated in my freezer, suddenly got new life and turned into yummy smoothies within a minute. Enjoy! When to blend fresh fruits, such as apple, pear, kiwi etc., the key is to peel and cut them first. Please see my pictures for the size. The power of this blender is not too strong or too weak for smoothie purpose, normally I only need 5-15 seconds. The blade seems to be fixed, which is a good feature to me, for the safety purpose. Overall, it is easy to use and easy to clean.

Was using to form protein shakes, kinda got disgusted by the taste of the things I was making (*nothing to do with the blender), even though the first 30 times it tasted great drunk so much I started hatung the stuff so I stopped using blender. Great blender though, and great value

I wound up returning this blender due to a couple of reasons. First, it dosen't have a very secure attachment to the base. I made my normal smoothie and there were pieces of ice and banana that didn't blend well. In the instructions it says to thaw frozen fruit for better results, but I don't have the time or desire to do that. On a positive note, its a good looking blender, pretty quiet, and received in1 day!
