I like the blender speeds and very nice blender but the screw that sits on the black circle is rattling need to be replace

I use a blender daily to make a simple smoothie. It does a good job of this, though there are always a couple of small pieces of banana that don't fully incorporate. I always wash the blender out immediately after using it, so cleaning has not been a challenge. However, be aware that the base is not removable so don't expect to be able to easily scrub beneath the blade to remove dried on food. The blender looks nice on the counter and all parts feel substantial and of good quality. I do wish that they hadn't designed it to have a light that stays on when not in use. I don't really like for my appliances to use electricity when I'm not using them, and it's not like I'm going to need to find the blender in a dark room. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Definitely use the “pulse” setting if you are grinding up ice. The blender has a little trouble with ice because once it mixes ice into your shake, the frozen mixture sticks to the sides just out of reach of the blades. Therefore, any ice not already ground up is suspended in the shake out of reach of the blades. I just stir or shake the container and then pulse again. I may have a few pieces of ice in my shake, but no big deal. I drink my health shake after working out, so I want it to be cold. Great blender overall. Not too complicated. Easy to clean. I would buy it again.

Its been month and a half and its making burning smell. Besides the burning smell it works fine. Contacted amazon and was told its ok to keep using it. Will do!

I’ve been on a quest for a blender for smoothies that is easy on my wallet, but unfortunately, this wasn’t it. I make daily smoothies with frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, and almond milk, but this blender couldn’t keep up. After about a week of usage, the blender started to smell like a burning motor. The odor was overwhelming continued to do so in subsequent days. I think this would be a good appliance for lighter duty blending.
