The rug arrived quickly and is very soft, however the green is WAY TOO LIGHT. I read through reviews to be sure of the color...and it was described as a dark emerald. I wish it was because it was luxuriously soft. The customer service was excellent.

I wanted an oriental-style rug but didn't want to spend a lot of money and so I wouldn't care if something spilled on it. I purchased the 5x7 size. I like the color (green & beige) and it's soft under bare feet. The only negative I have is that the design is very muted and not crisp - but what can you expect from a rug that is not hand-woven and 100x more expensive? One caveat: it's made in Turkey and backed with sisal (made from a cultivated plant in the agave family), which has a very strong odor for the first week or so. It's not horrible (at least to me), but it might be something to consider. It goes away after about a month. It comes rolled pretty tight, but will flatten out quickly. I highly recommend using the Gorilla Grip Thick Extra Plush Felt and Natural Rubber Pad to prevent slipping if used on hardwood floor. It adds cushioning and saves your floors - don't buy a cheap floor pad for hardwood flooring! ... show more

Sage green; much lighter color than expected. Not emerald, not dark green. Some friends have said they see a teal color. Arrived very timely, nice quality, but not the dark Sherwin Williams billiard green as my ceiling.

The rug is decent quality for the price, however the color is not accurate. It is not dark green, it's somewhere between mint and sage green. I'm sending back because it is not what I needed for my living room.
