I ordered the XL for my 14lb corgi mix, and it was large enough for her to stretch out as well as turn around/dig/curl up. The round structure makes this sturdier than other indoor covered beds I've ordered before, but overall the opening was too small for me so I returned (this is under my desk, so i need a wide opening that fits in front of where my feet go - this is her hang out spot when I work). My only big complaint was the bottom layer padding - mine came deformed and wouldn't fit correctly. It also wasn't very cushy/padded so I ultimately decided to return because of this. For this price point, I would've expected at least the egg foam crate style padding with some heft, and this was not even a 1/2 inch pad. ... show more

This is comfy for my dog who needs a safe space (she's rather timid). But after awhile, the sides begin sagging to the point where I have to figure out what I could do to add support to the corners. My kitty loves this. It’s only her and she knows it. The others stay away. Quonset hit for your pets. The pad that comes with the hut is lumpy in some areas And Sparse in others so I folded and put 2 throws in there to pad it and keep her warm At Night.
