I have seen some critical reviews of this product. I can state that these boards are perfect for me. Although they weigh almost nothing, they are good quality pieces. I received mine yesterday and have had no problem with feet slipping. I wear running shoes when I use them. These slant boards are just what I needed to stretch calves, etc for physical therapy. There are 3 pieces - two smaller ones can be fitted together to match the larger one. They are sturdy and do not slip.
