This slant board for calf stretching is an excellent product for a sore or stiff calf, rehabilitation, and stretching exercises. The slant is similar to the one used in physical therapy. It is good quality, firm and made durable/strong. The slant board has brought me back to life by giving a deep stretch to my calf and helping me walk better after ankle surgery. The middle slant is about 4 inches high and provides deep good stretch to my incredibly stiff ankle. I use it every time I get up to stretch and prevent stiffness. The shorter slants are about an inch high which will be good when I exercise and wish to incorporate these with squats or other stretching.
