There's not much to say, really. It's a big bowl, and it hasn't cracked under the weight of the sous vide, or from dishwasher-induced heat, so that's really all that matters. We've used it for sous vide recipes up to 160 degrees and it hasn't cracked and spilled water everywhere, so we're happy

I’m not a great cook but once you get used to using this and getting desired doneness it’s great! I had trouble connecting to my phone but decided it wasn’t necessary

I wish I had purchased this when I first bought my sous vide 4 years ago. It is so much easier to use vs my normal method of using a kitchen tote.

I got the 12L and think it is about perfect - it was 59.99 when I bought it. I went for the smaller one as I knew it would be easier to store when not in use and hoped it would be large enough. When I first got my Anova cooker I thought I would just use a large chili/soup pot I already had so I made a make shift lid and it worked. The big pot was a pain because it was just too tall and held too much water. I read others complain about this container's rack and how sturdy the sides are. My rack has little clear plastic feet on the ends and fit into the container very secure and I can not make the sides flex enough to have the rack fall out of place. Maybe the 12L is stiffer than the 16L because its smaller. In the pic I have 5 steaks in the cooker that are 1.5+ pounds each. That's close to 8lbs of ribeye's and strips. Everything I have wanted to put in so far has fit. I checked the counter temp under the cooker while using this and it stays 15 to 20 degrees cooler on the counter than in the water bath. This thing is expensive but compared to some other set ups it is probably worth the price.

I absolutely love the size of this sous vide container. It’s probably three times as big as the one I used to have, so now the items aren’t scrunched together. I love the lid, I love how easy it is to use and clean, but my sous vide heater does not fit well with this container. It might be my specific sous vide heater, but the hole to put the heater through is sized well, but the handles on the side of this container are too high, so I can’t get my heater down into the water as far as I would like. It’s a little frustrating that it’s made specifically for this, yet obstructs its own use.

It's large enough to hold most steaks, a pork loin also fits. I wish it came with clips for the rack, but bull dog clips worked just fine in the end. I use this and my annova sous vide almost weekly. It's well worth the money
