    • Really strong, food stays sealed, and I will buy again.
The only thing I don’t like is as you get toward the center of the roll, it’s a little difficult to manipulate because the edges want to stay rolled. Otherwise, really good product.

Good value and easy to cut. Only thing we don't like is the end part if trying to create a new seal to close it off, it tends to flop wide and often hard to keep inside the vacuum area of our Anova food sealer. Other than that it's OK.

I use my Sous Vide a few times a week. If you are using plastic bags in you Sous Vide that are not designed well, you will regret it. Don’t go cheap and buy the cheapest bags you can. These will do the job with no fuss every time.

Having these pre-sized bags worked really well for sealing a couple steaks in each bag before freezing them for future dinners for my wife and I. The price isn't that bad either. They are very durable and I have used them for the sous vide and they work great for that too.

Bags for sous vide cooking and the Anova system in particular. They work as they should, but there are cheaper options out there. I like them but the price is a bit steep.
