Might be good for flat footedness, but found it provided little to no support for a sprained ankle (ATFL). Brace the doc gave me worked, this one did not.

Overall this offers good compression and support. I like the adjustability the Velcro straps offer. After only roughly a dozen or two uses the material is already showing signs of wear. It's not effecting its functionality yet. And its lasting for as long as I need it to. So overall I'm still satisfied with it.

Of the many I have tried this brace is my favorite for dealing with a dodgy ankle and plantar fasciitis. I have others made with similar materials but this brace has a secret weapon that makes it the most comforting and easy to put on of them all- the elastic cross strap is attached at the sole and allows me to customize the compression easily. I can wear this brace all day without feeling like my foot is in a vise. My ankle is stabilized. The comfort is REAL! I appreciate that it is effective without adding much bulk and that the material allows my foot to stay cool and comfortable throughout the day.
