  • Absolute Peace of Mind—A Bulletproof Power Station
purchased the Anker SOLIX F3000 through Amazon last August as emergency backup power for my home. After getting through Hurricane Helene relying solely on a traditional gas generator, I knew I wanted to expand my setup to include solar power. My goal was to find a reliable unit that could run at least 50% to 60% of my essential home appliances without completely shattering my bank account. The SOLIX F3000 has fit that bill perfectly. I have owned other Anker products in the past, and they consistently manufacture well-built, reliable gear. The F3000 is no exception. The unit is incredibly robust and high-quality, though it is understandably heavy when paired with the expansion battery. I ran a simulated power outage to test it, and it effortlessly supplied all the power I needed to run 60% of my home with absolutely zero complaints. Thanks to that real-world testing, I have complete confidence that this unit will perform exactly when it matters most. The instruction manuals are clearly and concisely written, detailing all the features nicely. If you have any prior experience with solar equipment, setup is relatively simple. If you don't, or if you run into an issue, that is where Anker's tech support shines. Their customer service is truly top-notch. I have reached out to them via email with technical questions regarding this unit and other products, and while they state it can take up to 24 hours to reply, my experience has been that they get back to you within a couple of hours about 80% of the time. Their responses are always clear, direct, and helpful. Another massive plus is the dedicated smart app. It allows me to interface with the F3000 seamlessly, meaning I can easily monitor and check the unit's status from anywhere around my property as long as I'm within Wi-Fi range. I’ve been a loyal Anker customer for a while now, and the flawless performance of this power station ensures I will continue to be one for years to come. It is trouble-free, reliable, and worth every penny. If I could give this unit six or seven stars, I would. Kudos to Anker for producing an outstanding product! ... show more

  • Behold this fully armed and operational powerstation ... on Wheels! (Literally)
Set name: 400W Solar Panel + F3000
Byline: RogueWon - That's no moon . . . but it is pretty big. I picked this up earlier this summer and it’s quickly become my go-to for off-grid trips. The headline feature? It handily powers my 13k Coleman roof AC — something I never thought I’d say about a “portable” power station. Real world testing, on 'low cool' I can see up to 6-7 hours of run time - and with tending, push that to eight for a full nights sleep. Adjustable charging levels mean I don’t trip smaller circuits, and if you’ve got a 30A input, this thing slurps up a full charge in about 90 minutes. The 30A output is equally epic. With the built-in 6-inch wheels that roll smoothly over terrain, moving it around is shockingly painless. While it’s still a beast, it’s way more manageable than my F3800. For overland camping, the F3000 is the smarter, friendlier cousin. What I like: serious power, thoughtful charging options, massive solar capacity, and portability that doesn’t break your back (or at least not as much as it could). What I don’t like: unavoidable bulk. The wheels help, but it’s still hefty. It also loses Wi-Fi connection more than I’d prefer. And while the included 400W solar panel delivers, it’s oversized and heavy enough that I find myself leaving it behind. Honestly, I’d have preferred two 200W panels for better flexibility, less hassle, and more use-case versatility. Bottom line: it’s damn close to perfect. If you need real-deal portable power for RV, camping, or emergency backup, the F3000 delivers. Portability is relative — but with those 6" wheels, this beast can follow you just about anywhere your four-wheels can take you. ... show more

  • Nice All in One Package
Set name: Anker SOLIX F3000
I bought this as a replacement for a Goal Zero unit. For less than what I paid for the Goal Zero 8 years ago I get double the amount of capacity. I’m using this primarily for camping/festival use, so the built in 12v highee amperage output and dual solar MPPT controllers work well for my purposes. At just under 100lbs I appreciate the built in wheels. It’s at the top limit of what I consider to be portable. The app is easy to use. You can use it without the app, but things like port memory (restart on charging from drained), charge rate limits for different AC inputs and power saving modes seem to be only available in the app. I’d probably consider other offerings from Anker or Bluetti if I was going to use this primarily for home backup, especially with the lack of built in 240 split phase capability. It does have home power integration and capacity expansion options. 1st camping trip update: this system worked great. It easily powered an RV air conditioner for over 4 hours and recharged easily via solar and gas generator. It also remained quiet, even under load. One complaint: USB ports are not controllable or adjustable. They have a high 1 watt minimum power draw to keep them active which caused issues when charging smaller items. I solved this by using a multiport usb charger in the DC 12v car port. That port, as well as the 30a Anderson power pole outlet, is controllable and the power saving option can be disabled. I have a distribution block attached to the 30a outlet to power camping lights, additional chargers and a cooler. ... show more

  • Anker F3000 delivers as promised for back-up solar power.
After lots of research, I bought this as the back-up for my whole house propane powered standby generator. The Anker F3000 delivers as promised. Easy to set up and navigate the various functions. Charging was fast and easy by plugging into house electric followed by charging with the solar panels. The portable solar panels are “ok” but flimsy and it took some effort to get them set up and keep them oriented towards the sun. The 400w (x2) panels produced 550w at best. If I had a “do over” I would have likely ordered permanent bi-facial solar panels. ... show more

It works perfectly I use it to power my refrigerator and my tvs mostly. The battery life is long it gives you electricity with every percent. East to operate whether near or remotely once connected. Love the design nice handle so it's easy to move about with. Worth the price. Not too big so it doesn't takes up a lot of space. ... show more

  • My Anker Solix F3000 Upgrade - Really Solid!
Set name: Anker SOLIX F3000
I recently upgraded from my old PPS to the Solix F3000, and it’s been a game changer. It completely reolsved my battery anxiety – finally, no more stressing over power running out. What really stands out is the excellent standby power management. Holding a charge for five days is very impressive, and it makes the F3000 one of the most reliable options available right now. The 3600W generator bypass has also proven invaluable, especially during hurricane-related outages – it keeps essential appliances running far longer than I expected. The dual solar input is another big plus. Anker has listened to feedback and delivered meaningful upgrades. Besides, the unit is surprisingly easy to move around – even RV-friendly. I’m planning to bring it on my next trip and will share more once I put it through its paces on the road. Overall, this is a solid upgrade that delivers what I want. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Amazing battery good value
Set name: BP3000 Expansion Battery + Anker SOLI...
This is a very big battery that should last 10+ years. I'm tired of the SLA batteries dying after 2-3 years. The extras like the Bi-Directional Inlet Box allow you to easily attach to house. No solar required. I'm using one of these as a UPS and 20ms switchover is plenty fast for computers, firewalls, cameras NVRs, etc. Very happy so far. For sizing estimate take the watt draw of your devices (best to measure this vs read label - get a cheap watt meter) and so use the battery size in kWh by the draw in watts. Example: 100watt draw with 3,000kWh battery should last about 25.5 hours (assuming 85% efficiency - 3,000 divided by 100 multiplied times 0.85). Actual uptime will vary based on usage, draw, temperature. ... show more
