First off lets get one thing clear. This product is amazing. I have this charger plugged under my desk and it charges my IPhone 12 Pro Max and my IPad. My products charge very fast. They don't heat up like other chargers. My only compliant is how bulky it is (but then again, it charges two devices very fast so eh, I'll take it). Now lets talk about why I'm unhappy with this product. Last night the charger died on me. I woke up to two uncharged devices. Everyone knows how important their devices are and to start the day to a uncharged one is very inconvenient. Considering I bought this product for $47.99, I would expect it to do it's job and charge my devices. I bought from Anker because they sell quality products that I trust will work. After this purchase I might have thought wrong about the brand. 5 months after purchase and the product no longer works? Very disappointing. I've contacted the seller and hopefully I can get this replaced which would be amazing considering I did nothing to the product to crap out on me. Depending on the outcome I will change my review to 5 stars because like I said, when the charger worked I was very pleased with it. Edited: I contacted Anker about the device not working. Shelly responded a little after 24 hours willing to help. I provided her with the model number and serial number of the product as well as my address and she was able to send a replacement. This is a really nice USB-C wall charger. 60W for one port or 30W/30W with both ports being used. For the size that power is great to have. I’m betting they could make it a bit smaller even. It’s lightweight with a shiny plastic casing. It’s well maid I didn’t notice any defects or messy looking parts. The LED light is gentle so in the dark it’s not blinding you. If you have to charge two higher powered mobile devices like tablets or newer phones this thing has the juice. I would definitely recommend this vs some of the lower wattage more bulkier wall charger. Just remember your cable will need a USB-C and on it. ... show more

Update 2: my second unit died after a few months. Not so great. I'm getting convinced this whole series is cursed. Update 1: my first unit died after a couple weeks, so I'm getting a replacement unit. We'll see if it was just a rare dud, but others have reported similar issues. Anker was more than happy to honor their warranty though. There's lots of good to be said about this charger: it's small, it's powerful, and it can charge two things at once. The two things it needs to be a true "charger to end all chargers" are 100W of juice and more granular splitting of juice between the two ports. This charger will only do 1x60W or 2x30W which is a slight nuisance when 1x45W+1x15W is nearly ideal for lots of people looking to charge a phone and a laptop. It's not a big gripe, but it's something to be aware of. And of course the 60W total power is going to hold it back from charging high performance laptops like the XPS 15 or the MBP 15 when they are under load. ... show more

It's exactly what it says it is. It's a great option for fast charging one phone, sort of fast charging two phones, or slow charging a laptop. I was hoping this would charge fast enough for me to leave my laptop charger at home on business trips, but I'm not sure. If I can make it through a day with my laptop and charge it overnight in the hotel, it might be adequate, but where this will prove insufficient is if I find myself in need of a fast charge on the laptop. Nothing I'm saying is meant to be a negative statement about the charger. It is exactly as advertised. Just know that your laptop will be charging slowly relative to what your OEM charger is capable of. ... show more
