  • Love Anker!
I have quite a few Anker chargers now and I consider them the best around. I have 2 old chargers that are still working great and I recently gave one to my mother to use. So far she loves it. I also have 3 100w Anker 10ft braided cables that have been amazing for many situations. I just got this charger and as others have said, it is a bit large and heavier than expected. My older ones are even a bit smaller and lighter, but I wouldn’t say it’s too much for travel though. To get a 60w port or two 30w is just great, especially with long Anker cables. So as of right now, I highly recommend this charger or any other Anker product you decide to get! Edit: I don’t have a tester, but so far it seems with even just one cable plugged in it’s charging very slow when it should be 60w. I used a different high watt Anker nano charger and it was so much faster. I might be returning this item… Final Edit: I unplugged it from the wall and pulled the cable out for about an hour. I plugged it back in and put the cable in the top slot. It now seems to charge my iPad Air 5 like it should. I think it’s a keeper! ... show more

  • Speed up charging
Handy to get an extra boost in charging my Jackery, it shortens the charging time. Can also use it to boost charging on other brands of battery backups.

  • Anker does it again. Solid as a rock and is a workhorse.
While this thing is large and heavy... it does pump out the wattage. 60w from a single port. 30w each if you have both ports occupied, even if a cable is attached but no device is on the other end. Don't leave the cord hanging; unplug it. Otherwise, you lose the 60w on the other port. It's not a big deal; I don't like leaving 'live' cords plugged in unoccupied anyhow. But it is something to recognize. Again, this charger is larger and dense. I would not keep it in a light day bag, grab a 30-45w nano charger from Anker for that. This goes in a drawer or in a larger bag. ... show more

  • Great for charging drones and remotes
Now I can charge my drone and remote at the same time. When both ports are being used at the same time, you get 30 watts of power going to each device. When you are only using one port, you get 60 watts of power. Enough power to charge your laptop, Chromebook, or whatever your needs are

  • UPDATED: Disappointing limitation on multi-port charging
UPDATE: Adding a star due to Anker's outstanding customer service following up on this. Anker reached out about my review below offering to send me a PowerPort Atom III (45W USB-C + 15W USB-A charger) as an alternative. I declined since that charger can't do 60W via its USB-C port or 30W + 30W charging, both of which are charging scenarios I will need. They replied offering to send a single port 60W USB-C charger instead, which I accepted. Anker's products practically always exceed my expectations, with this product being a rare exception, but they have always had fantastic customer service, whether they're responding to pre-sale technical inquiries, working with me to replace the one cable from them that I ever ended up having a problem with, or now trying to make things right in this situation. Well done Anker! Original review below. I bought this because I liked the fact that it could provide up to 60W of power from either port and 60W total across both ports. Unfortunately, there's a limitation about total output across both ports that became clear when reading the output specs printed on the charger itself and which I confirmed by testing. If you have a device connected to each port, then the output on each port is limited to 30W, no matter what. So for example, even if Device #1 was only pulling 5W, you still only have 30W available for Device #2, not 55W available. The only way to get 60W total output across both ports is if both devices are drawing 30W. I also discovered another problem, which admittedly isn't Anker's fault, but which makes this power output limitation even more of an inconvenience. I had planned to use this charger in my living room where I would always have a Lightning to USB-C cable and a regular USB-C cable plugged in, so that at any given time I could fast charge my iPhone and/or charge my laptop. It turns out that the Lightning to USB-C cable contains an active chip that causes it to be detected by USB-C power sources even when there's no device on the other end of the cable. As a result, by simply having that Lightning to USB-C cable plugged into this charger -- again, with no actual device plugged into the other end -- I only ever have 30W available on the USB-C cable to charge my laptop. That is FAR from an ideal solution, and since I keep the charger plugged into a surge protector on the floor with the cables held captive with a cable organizer on my end table, it's not convenient to disconnect the Lightning cable from the charger all the time, so this seriously impedes my planned use case. I really wish this had been made more clear on the specs, or better yet that Anker had been able to provide 60W total output across both ports even in other combinations, such as 15W + 45W. I normally give Anker products five-star reviews because they consistently produce high-quality, well-designed products, but sadly this one is an aberration. ... show more

  • Great product until it died after 5 months. Edited: Contacted Anker got a replacement
First off lets get one thing clear. This product is amazing. I have this charger plugged under my desk and it charges my IPhone 12 Pro Max and my IPad. My products charge very fast. They don't heat up like other chargers. My only compliant is how bulky it is (but then again, it charges two devices very fast so eh, I'll take it). Now lets talk about why I'm unhappy with this product. Last night the charger died on me. I woke up to two uncharged devices. Everyone knows how important their devices are and to start the day to a uncharged one is very inconvenient. Considering I bought this product for $47.99, I would expect it to do it's job and charge my devices. I bought from Anker because they sell quality products that I trust will work. After this purchase I might have thought wrong about the brand. 5 months after purchase and the product no longer works? Very disappointing. I've contacted the seller and hopefully I can get this replaced which would be amazing considering I did nothing to the product to crap out on me. Depending on the outcome I will change my review to 5 stars because like I said, when the charger worked I was very pleased with it. Edited: I contacted Anker about the device not working. Shelly responded a little after 24 hours willing to help. I provided her with the model number and serial number of the product as well as my address and she was able to send a replacement. I'm extremely pleased with my interaction with Shelly. I've changed my review to 5 stars. ... show more
