The chair looks great.. it feels nice and comfy . But the age old saying you get what you pay for.. it broke on day 3.. and because I need a chair we have to deal with it.. I sat back and reclined and it broke on the left side.. other than that the chair is a wonderful seat... Very easy to put together .. It's size is nice. I think the seat of the chair is stable and nice. Massage feature works good as well. I am happy with the size .. again I am disappointed that it broke on the Third day and because of that I can not give five stars.. This is a very nice piece. The heat and massage work very well, but there is only one setting for the heat, though it is at a comfortable temperature. Only thing I have a issue with is it's somewhat hard to get it to "Click" into place, when resetting chair to the fully upright position, but I am old and have back problems so it might just be me. Other than that little fuss, this is a nice recliner and is very comfy. I also think the size is perfect for me, and my lower back. (1.77m) The fabric is very soft and seems like a high thread count, so that is a plus. Looking forward to many long years of use. ... show more

It was to be delivered on a Tuesday but arrived on a Friday --- 5 days EARLY!! ---- SUPER HAPPY. It literally goes together in minutes. SO easy. I get cold easily and have been wanting to get a recliner with heat so this is great! ....can't feel the massage much but that ok. Glad I got this on Prime Day for under $300! :) ... show more

Nice fabric but that's it. Info about the chair calls it overstuffed but it isn't. The lumbar support does support your lower back, but there isn't enough support for the upper back, shoulders, neck & head...you must must use a pillow to avoid straining your neck. The leg support does not stay extended. If you try to stretch out somewhat, the leg support drops down...it does not lock in place. To replace the support to get up, you must kick that section back against the chair frame. It takes a lot of leg strength to make it stay in place...it is not easy. If you are an older person, this is not the recliner chair for you. I requested a return but the customer service team kept putting me off by offering credits, then saying I had to get a certain size box & take it apart & pack it up for their driver to pick it up. Ridiculous when you're an older person. I am not pleased with the quality of the chair, nor the help from the customer service team. They were no help...so don't waste your money. ... show more

We ordered this chair it was easy to put together. I was missing one arm. I email the company and had a response within 6 hours. They gave me some tips as to where to look for the arm piece and was very apologetic for the missing arm. They were a true pleasure to work with and resolved my problem in a timely manner. Very easy to assemble. Not that much cushion but for the money you get what pay for. Also the leg part you have to have a lot of energy to slam it down to connect to the chair.

Looks good. Brown looks like a pewter grey instead. The seat needs more foam because it pushed down too much into the metal, etc underneath and can feel in my Tailbone and Spine Surgery. The Heat gets too hot in the lower lumbar back area. The heating wires can be felt thru the Back covered material. I wouldn't let senior citizens use this feature alone. It's not big. I'm short and my feet dangle off Foot area. It doesn't close easily. I can't just use my Legs or Feet when I sit up. I have to kick it hard to get it to close, because it doesn't catch unless you push farther back and in than other chairs. The cords especially, the Power Cord is super thin and short. No Conduit to protect both cords that always get underneath the steel bottom and can easily sever in half. I ordered a blow up cushion for seatn back as well as a Recliner cover. Arrived with only needing to zip and Velcro on the arm rests. I recommend this is you're 5'0" and Under. It sits much lower to the ground ... show more
