My son set up my recliner for me, and let me tell you. It exceeded my expectations. It’s so comfortable, and being I’m having a lot of arthritis throughout my body, I love the heat and message features. The thing I love the most though is that it lifts me up, because I’m having knee pain, and it takes the pressure off when getting up. Can’t wait to order 1 or 2 more, possibly 3! 1st off the instructions should be with the parts box but whe didn't find them until we had the chair completely assembled. Look in the arm pocket!. Put the arms on before you put on the back. Would recommend to friends and family. Husband can now get up and down a whole lot easier. The fabric is soft with a leather look. Love the color as well.

We had a problem assembling the chair although eventually it was actually an easy process. However, there was a manufacturing defect. We contacted ANJ and they were very nice to us and sent us an exact (except for the defect) replacement chair. The replacement chair went together very easily. ANJ let us keep the first chair at no cost to us. We gave the original chair to a couple who needed a lift chair. The husband was talented with assembling furniture and after some minor metal refabrication, the chair was in full operation. So not only is this a good chair but, ANJ provided great service.

I bought this chair when it was $399. It quit working within two months so I requested to return it for a new one. They sent me a new one and told me I could keep the old one within six months the second one quit working. These chairs are not worth the money. I definitely got ripped off even though I have two chairs.

Update - ANJ stepped up and fixed the problem by sending another brand new chair. It looks and work very well. I will recommend and buy again. Their customer phone number is working. Original reviewl This chair was good value for the price. It looks good with good features. It arrived in two parts and a little bit late than expected. Assembly was not terribly bad. Problem started when its reclining function stop working in less than a week. I sent several messages to the Seller and sent picture of defect by text as well. Phone number provided by the Seller was not valid, it came back. No one to talk to solve the problem.

Easy to assemble except the left side arm metal to slide on was bent. Had to straighten out to make it slide in. Otherwise very comfortable and sturdy. Heat and massage works great. Plus the the lift is great to help get out of recliner for my fiance that has arthritis and back problems.
