I used this to mount my gmrs antenna on the hood of my FJ, it's perfect and I can set just the right angl, it's been on for the last 10k miles on and off road and has not moved at all. It has a great rubber base protector so no scratches!

Been driving around with this mount for a while on the hood of my car. Don't pick up ad many signals as my mag mount on the roof, but it still works well. Nice and sturdy, holds up going 75 on the high way with a 18" antenna. Was easy to get my HF hamsticks to tune on it as well! Haven't tried driving with the hamsticks though, they are a little tall. Am seeing some corrosion on the body and the set screws holding to the hood have surface rust.

Good NMO mount that comes with rain cap. Coax is good quality and the mount is sturdy. Very pleased. Seals well to keep water out of the connection.

I use two of these. One for my GMRS and one for my CB antenna. The sound quality and range has been great with both. The cables and mount fit perfectly in the back of my Bronco and were easy to install. The cables seem durable as well.

As usual for cheap Chinese products, hardware starts to rust after a few days. As shown in the picture, the set screws have started to rust. Why can't these manufacturers provide stainless steel hardware? I'll have to find stainless set screws myself, just have to figure out the thread pitch. Other than the hardware issue, the mount seems to be working.
