Had this e-bike since may 2023,,I've put over 500 miles on it because it's so much fun...I've rode it so much i wore the tires & brakes out & some other little things but the customer service has been awesome. I just sent photos of worn parts and they had had replacement parts at my front door within 7 to 10 days usually. The best part of this e-bike is the battery..It will go 100 miles on on throttle only even in the hilly area i live & ride in.. They have always responded to my emails promptly and have solved every issue i've had and have sent replacement parts promptly so i say great ebike but could use better tires & tubes but still 5 star because of such great customer service. This is my first E-Bike and i'm addicted so it probably won't be my last..I'm an amuture but i did post some Demo-Ride videos on my Youtube @ honest randy's reviews & rockin blues.

I have nothing but good things to say about this e-bike. I am so happy with range the build quality and the power of course I have reached out to customer support a few times! And they got back to me within a day and went above and beyond to help me with my questions and even sent me a updated display. For no change. I highly recommend the Aniioki AQ 177 pro max. .John . S. Update. I had nothing but good things to say about those company But now it seems that after 30 days or more of owning it. They no longer answer any emails or questions you have So it seems to me after the 30 day return window has closed. They no longer communicate with you. At least that's what I'm getting here. No problems with the bike but have more questions, especially about the supposed UL certified battery. I asked for proof of that because there's no proof of you all certification on the battery itself. Only them stating that they are UL certified. Hopefully I hear back from them.

First of all, I would like to add to or say a couple things about what Mr Pixel has to say in his generous review above. The LCD display is dim, but can be adjusted, the instructions on how to do so are, well, in the instructions. For a bike of this price, it's very difficult to find one with any blinkers at all and mine has a horn. I'm not sure if different people are getting slightly different setups due to availability of parts, etc, but mine is, if I remember correctly, on the left, right near the blinker control or on the right side in the same area. Also, there is a gap in the controller all around the + and - controls, but they are waterproof. I know this because I took mine apart after anoki sent me a replacement when my + button fell off. Even after falling off, underneath is completely sealed - the button is a snap- on. Great review though. I absolutely love this bike. After owning several decent up-and-comers, I was tired of running out of batteries 45 minutes from home regardless of when I used pedal assist! Not anymore. I don't even pedal nowadays unless I elect to or wanna check the mail and realize I left the fob upstairs. It's zippy from standing and it's zippy up top - I have to remind myself this thing's like 130 lbs and built like a tank, but a tank with nimble, powerful and responsive attributes. Both front and rear shocks are adjustable, locking and make for a quite comfortable ride. I've taken it for a 65-mike ride and used only 2 of 5 bars! 😳 My rear wheel or possibly rear motor started making weird noises yesterday so tomorrow I'll find out what's up with their customer service and I will update when pertinent.

-Amazing construction -Beautiful appearance -Feels like riding a comfortable jet ski -Customer service has been very friendly and helpful Three main issues: -My front tire popped after a week of use. I think it's due to ebikes (especially this one at 100+ lbs) being too heavy for regular bike tubes. Aniioki should put reinforced tubes rather than regular. -The step-through area is a bit low since the suspension drops the bike quite a bit so I've hit the road multiple times. Maybe next iterations could be a little higher. -Manual should have a list of all parts that need replacing throughout the life of the bike (i.e. brake pads) and tell me if it uses DOT or mineral oil for the hydraulic brakes. Overall, I am really enjoying this bike!

This bike is really amazing. I was kinda hesitant to buy it but i gave it a try and it did’nt disappoint me. I travelled 25miles full throttle without pedal assist and the bar is still full. The customer service is awesome i would recommend this bike if you are really into travelling. If you are after a bike that cab travel far? THIS IS THE BIKE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! I give 5star to the Bike Performance and 5 star to the customer service response! Love this bike!

The media could not be loaded. I bought two bikes from them. They shipped my 2nd one with defective parts. However, I reached out to them and they made sure I was taken care of and sent me the parts to fix the bike. Not a lot of companies would do this. The bike is also awesome, since you’re buying it for range this can definitely replace a car. I bought the bike from their website not from Amazon.
