The media could not be loaded. Just received this waist trainer and I already love how it’s fitting. I am able to sit with it on and not be uncomfortable or have it rolling up. It doesn’t restrict my breathing at all and I look forward to the results.

OK so I just received my waist trainer and on first impressions it's OK. I read some reviews saying it runs small and others saying it runs large. I found someone who had similar body size to me and ordered what they did. I am 5'7" and 185lbs and I ordered an XL. I probably could have ordered the 2XL as it was hard to zip it completely. Once on, it is loose on my upper abdomen, even with the top velcro strap on tight but so tight around my belly button that its hard to bend. But I can feel my abdomen heating up so it is doing what it should and gives amazing back support. Hopefully it will fit better the longer I wear it, but it is a great motivator to lose those extra pounds/inches to make it fit better.

Nope!!! The length of this product is only seven inches.If your abdomen is seven inches, then you are in luck. I was hoping for a product that had at least ten inches of length. Obviously if I needed more width.I would have ordered it bigger regardless. I had this sitting in my amazon cart for a while and I waited and waited and I finally ordered it.It just came today and i'm sending it right back.

First thing I encountered with this is by the sizing chart I am supposed to fit in a large, so I ordered a large and immediately I had to put it on the closest inner hook in order to get it to actually fit, so these are definitely bigger then they seem. There's a lot of give to them because it definitely seems to have a spandex type material to it. No matter how much I try, I can't tighten it to look as nice or seamless as the product photo (and I have a natural hourglass figure), no matter what way you do this it looks extremely bulky and it's beyond noticeable no matter what you wear, whether it's a tank top/t-shirt or a hoodie it's noticeable significantly. In addition to that, this will make you sweat unbelievably which can be a great addition if you're wanting it for a work out but if your wanting this for everyday wear by the time you peel it off, it's like peeling off a second skin even if you've literally only had it on for an hour. In terms of support this is great! It does help you stand up straighter and helps with posture but if your wanting it for working out it may not be the best support wise, the way it postures your back it's very easy to throw yourself off balance if you use it for heavy workouts like deadlifts, squats with weights, etc. This does limit your range of motion, especially if your trying to bend down at the waist also. Honestly I didn't notice any improvement pain relief wise, if anything because of how it forces your posture this can actually cause the sensation of pressure especially on the middle and lower back, if you do wear it for long periods of time there can be some mild pain but overall it's just really a feeling of pressure consistently. Honestly if you're going to use this, it's best used as an assistant tool to help break a better sweat then it is to a solution especially if you're wanting to lose weight or tone up your stomach and waist line. It's definitely better when paired with a solid workout routine otherwise it just really makes you sweat on it's own.
