  • Exceptional all in one turntable
Color: Walnut Wood
Really impressed with the quality of this turntable. I have enjoyed turntables and all things vinyl for close to 40 years and admittedly morphed into a bit of a “record player snob”. I never would have considered an all in one turntable but wanted to have an unobtrusive record player set up in a bedroom and gave this a shot. I was immediately impressed with the design and feel right out the box. Set up was a breeze and the sound quality for a built in speaker turntable really surprised me. I’m wildly impressed (and surprised). Great entry level turntable. Highly recommend this piece. Money well spent. ... show more

  • Excellent Player - Highly Recommended
Color: Black
I read the reviews and saw that most were very positive with a few negative. I purchased this player as a gift for my kids to get them into vinyl records. I must say the quality is very good and the sound is great. No frills high quality record player with great built in sound. Ignore the negative comments... This player is a great value for the money and very easy to operate and enjoy. Looks great too. ... show more

  • Amazing sound!
Color: Black
For an all-in-one unit, this guy really packs a great sound. For the price, it's a terrific deal. Works perfectly and it was super easy to set up. No problem with balancing the tonearm. Highly recommend.

  • Awesome sound - instructions could be better
Color: Black
I love this record player now that I have it set up properly! I'm new to vinyl, so this was my first time ever setting one up. The instructions leave a lot to be desired for a newbie, but I found YouTube videos that made setup clearer. The sound is awesome and value for the money is excellent!

  • Excellent in every way
Color: Walnut Wood
Everything all the other reviewers said is true – excellent quality, excellent sound, beautiful record player. The price is unbelievable for what you get. As for customer service, my plastic cover arrived cracked. They sent a replacement, but since it came from China, it took three weeks to get here. I was still thrilled that I did not have to order another record player and return my current one when all I needed was the plastic cover. I love this record player and I’m so so happy I bought it. ... show more

  • Great sound & looks nice!
Color: Walnut Wood
For what it is, this is a nice little record player! I’m not a super enthusiast like many, but I wanted something nicer than the $50 standard Crosley “suitcase” style, so I grabbed this one on Black Friday. Glad I did. I love the sleek looks of it & feel like it was pretty easy to set up the counterweight/arm thingamabob. The instructions are great so far. Haven’t tried the Bluetooth feature but I’m sure it’ll be fine. And honestly, the speaker puts out some volume! P.S. YouTube has videos about the counterweight situation that were helpful as well, FYI! ... show more

  • Really happy with this new record player!
Color: Walnut Wood
Overall I'm really impressed with this turntable, and think it's a great deal for the price! I've owned a different Angel's Horn turntable for a while (the HP-002) and have been very happy with it, so I wanted to check out this new model with built-in speakers for my game room upstairs where I don't have external speakers set up. My existing setup uses Edifier R1700BT bookshelf speakers, so I first tested it out with those and I didn't notice any audible difference between my HP-002 and this turntable. I then tested it out using the built-in speakers and was impressed at how loud they got. They didn't sound quite as good as my dedicated bookshelf speakers (but I didn't expect them too, since the bookshelf speakers alone cost nearly as much as the whole turntable), but overall I'm really happy with it and it will be perfect for playing records in my game room. One cool thing I didn't realize at first is that you can have it connected to external speakers and still use the built-in speakers at the same time. If you leave the volume knob on the turntable at minimum, the audio will only come out of the external speakers. Turn up the knob and it will play out of both, and you can turn down/off the external speakers to only use the built-in speakers. I'm primarily going to use this for records, but I did test out the Bluetooth with my phone and didn't have any issues. It reconnected without issue when switching to the Bluetooth setting, and I could walk to the other side of my house without any audio drops. I might not use that feature much, but it's great to have! One thing that I think have been improved about this over the other Angel's Horn turntable that I have (HP-002) is the auto-off feature. If you let the record play too long after the end of the side, the auto-off feature will activate. This is great, but the slight annoyance I had with my old turntable is that if this happened you would need to turn the power off then on again by switching the toggle at the back of the record player, which is a bit inconveniently located. This new Angel's Horn turntable has fixed this issue by having the on/off toggle by part of the volume knob on the top of the turntable, which makes it much more accessible (and also has a power LED to easily see the current state). There are some other slight differences, but nothing that affected any functionality. This one has an aluminum platter with the belt directly connected while the HP-002 has an iron platter with the belt connected to gear underneath. The HP-002 has an anti-skate weight which this one doesn't, but both have adjustable balance on the tone arm and I didn't noticed any different in skipping on the records I tested. I'm really happy with this new Angel's Horn turntable (and my previous one) so I've definitely become a fan of this brand. I previously had an Audio Technica AT-LP60BK-BT but it felt really flimsy and cheap by comparison, and the auto-stop/start mechanism broke after a friend's kid bumped it. Angel's Horn just feels more study, reliable, and sounds better to my ears, so I'm going to stick with them, especially for the price! ... show more
