- After we have selected our beans, we store them at Triestes Sandali Coffee Masters' temperature controlled location. At our roasting facilities, one man roasts an estimated 360 lbs. of beans a day. This roaster manually carries & roasts one 60lb bag of coffee at a time, loading acacia fire wood into the oven and carefully watching the beans cook throughout the process.
- Once roasted to Aneri perfection, the roaster manually fills beans into our 2.2 lb. bags and then uses the only machine in the entire roasting process to seal the bags for freshness.
