It took 2+ hours with huge number of bolts all of which tried their best to be cross threaded. As you clean up the large pile of packaging material you will feel that you accomplished something. I ordered and received a few defective parts. I tried to get a replacement order for the storage parts by reaching out to the customer support, but they kept on offering me a $20 discount despite me asking for the replacement parts multiple times. Also, the parts were definitely worth more than $20. The customer support is terrible. And the bed frame isn't that great. It doesn't seem sturdy and makes a squeaky noise every time you move on the bed. Definitely not worth the price. A horrible product and even worse customer support. ... show more
