There is a slight delay/lag to process after you touch something but not unbearable. Watching videos doesn't require lots of touches so didn't bother me to much ... show more

Got this ONLY to read the digital WSJ - it's minimally adequate, on the fence about returning it - its slow, lags redrawing screen, takes a noticeable moment to sharpen the text, screen is very touchy so bounces around a lot, large then small - no idea how it works for any other purpose, or even any other digital media - but its cheap, compared to a refurbished similar sized OS16 iPad which is definitely much faster. iPad seems a waste as a dedicated digital reader for one newspaper - can't say about battery life, recharge it every night, download the WSJ each morning. ... show more

The device seems excellent but getting a CASE for it has been a NIGHTMARE...and the folks on the Amazon helpline were no help - just offered me a REFUND, not help in finding a case that would FIT. Camera openings and side controls must be placed appropriately, and corners must fit into case. NOT THE CASE with so-called "universal" covers. I bought and returned FOUR!! ... show more

When streaming video in order to get a clear picture (does not matter what app you are using) you have to go back or forward every single time. More than once. Very very very annoying. Unable to fix and unable to return. Would not recommend.
