Love that the smaller trimmer is also rechargeable now. I had an old version that was white and the smaller one took batteries. They're also both wireless. Does its job and the price was good, probably the most affordable set I found that wasn't cheapo. I guess we will see how long they last, my last set randomly stopped working and wouldn't charge anymore but I had them for a long time. Overall can't complain, only thing I noticed that was annoying is when I adjust the length on the bigger pair sometimes it clicks out of place and doesn't lock right all the way at the top. Not sure how I feel about the digital screen, seems like something else that would break but it doesn't bother me enough to lower the rating. ... show more

Works well, I bought the brand my barber uses. This does not replace the barber, but makes trimming my beard and sideburns much easier with a better result. It works so well that I bought the same brand of shaver (Andis TS-1) and am equally pleased. It gives me the results I used to get from the "household name" foil shavers! The trimmers bite and do not cut very well. The worst part is the guards. They are very cheaply made, not durable. They clip onto the clippers by little plastic pieces. We used it 3 times and the piece to hold the guard on the clipper and trimmer broke so it won't stay on. Then, the guards cannot even be replaced. I have searched and can't find them to be purchased anywhere. I am completely disappointed with this set and the brand. Andis is supposed to be a top brand. I wish I could get my money back because these are a total waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!!!! ... show more

Look for a hair clipper from Amazon for few weeks, read a lot of reviews and could not find one that I think it’s good enough to buy. Until I found this Andis Hair Clipper, not expensive, reputation of the brand is good, few reviews but I think it’s worth to try. The package is nice, 4 guides in 2 pieces and I think it’s good enough for me. It’s not heavy, easy to install and uninstall the blade, the sound is not loud. I am very satisfied with the first cut for myself, pretty easy to handle. Look forward to help my son to do hair cut by this clipper. ... show more

This is my second set, as with all lithiums, my battery had enough but I owned it about 4 years And never skipped a beat, my wife got me a new trimmer, but it didn’t work out, it was missing what I love most about andis, is its ability to adjust to the perfect length if you want to maintain a 5’oclock shadow, of course there are attachments if you want to trim up a longer beard.
